It's a bit more expensive than retail but still the best I've seen recently.

although that is a reasonable price, the shippinh (which is 8 something) brings him over the price that im looking to pay for him

Have you checked Target? I've seen him in two separate stores in the Dallas area. It was $15.99.

As ^ said, I'd look around a target, thats gonna be the only way to get it for 16-17 ish.

that might not even be possible... the Target's around me are now charging 19.99 for Titanium figures..

you guys are all lucky. the targets near me? Complete barren. no classics. no titaniums. no movie deluxes voyagers leaders. well..there was 1 3 inch ramjet, that's it.
