Looks stupid without the red eyes. You should have replaced the red with something else, simply removing them makes it look like a broken toy.

I thought the same thing. Since when does breaking something count as customizing?

Breaking something is ok, as long as its replaced by something else and looks good would count as customizing, but removing something does not count, in my book anyway. I am sure tons of people would agree with me.

He broke it, pure and simple. If he wanted to call it customized, he should've at least made the eyes blue.

The eyes are clearly there in the new picture. He must have realized his "custom" was undesirable and replaced it. Assuming those parts were indeed carefully removed, it should be find now.
