Walmart Starscream

I have read on different boards that the Masterpeice Starscream, Walmart Exclusive, will not be released here in Canada. I was wondering if there was anyone over in the USA who might be willing to help me in getting one? I assume that the mold they used is the same as the original Masterpeice Starscream, but with a more "cartoon" color scheme?
