Stuff for sale to nice people

Hey, I'm narrowing down my collection of G1 stuff. I thought about E-bay, but I'm more interested in getting it to good people who actually . . . I don't know. . . DESERVE it. I've got a ton of collections of different things and been scalped to get what I want and I DON'T want to be one of those guys either.

Where do I go, who do I speak with to get these things to good people for fair, good prices? I don't exactly do forums well, so I'd appreciate a few E-mail contacts. I need to get over to my parents' place and find exactly what I have. I know for a fact I have a Fortress Maximus with most of the parts. I have some shelf-displayed Alternators I don't think I need anymore. . . Autobot City with most parts, The original Scorpinok. . . Those are some highlights.

Get me some ideas, folks! What should I do? I have a big purchase I'd like to make soon and would LOVE to get rid of this stuff fast! I think I'll go to mum and pops tonight to start looking.

Email me if you like--I have trouble navigating message boards. wildfire405@gmail.com

As far as on here goes, I would list the tf by name, describe the condition and what accessories it has and set a price that you feel is fair. If you can snap a few pics that would be fine, but if not, you will stilll get offers. Or you could just sell it as one big lot on ebay and get it over with easier.

Pictures!!

I'm using Facebook to host the pictures I just took. I don't want to put this on E-bay. I want good-hearted, needy collectors to get them. I don't need to make a lot of money, but I'd like to make a little. . . there's a vintage snowmobile I'm looking to buy!

Here are the pictures so you don't have to click over the Facebook if you don't want to. Make offers! I don't have a clue what this stuff is worth. My hope is that out of the whole pile I can get maybe 4 to 5 hundred. More would be better, less wouldn't surprise me.

Contact me with a number. If I don't like it, I'll tell you. If you don't like a number I give you, tell me. I'm just guessing here, and like I said on my first post: I want this stuff to go to people who will love it!!

Wow, you have some great stuff there. If you were selling them as a lot I would say you should get at least a few hundred bucks for the lot, and you may be able to get more for each figure, depending on what parts they have. They all look to be in pretty good shape, and I would be all over that fort max if I had the funds =P~ .

Your scorpinok should go for a pretty penny too. Pretenders are pretty popular, but metroplex and sky lynx, even though they look like they are in great shape, would be a little lower because they just got re-released.

I'll send you a check for $250 if you just want to get rid of them quick  but to be honest I would not keep any of them for my collection, except max.

Then you could just buy fortress maximus!

Do act quick though, everyone, if you could! I'm going to hit all the comic book stores around town and post ads. I need to unload this stuff!

All that being said I thought there were people lining up to buy this stuff. I just don't even know where to find folks! Some of the E-bay prices were either going with no bids, or had buy it nows set obscenely high.

Thanks for looking, everyone!

As I have posted it here first and then to craigslist, I'm getting some interested folks. I am considering offers in the order they appear in my E-mail box. If you want anything, send me an E-mail with what you're willing to pay. As deals are completed, I'll update the list/photos and move on down the list of folks who contact me.

Good luck and I'm glad to be helping out nice people!

Any ideas out there about what I should be getting for a nearly complete Fortress Maximus and a nearly complete Scorponok? I want to dance the fine line between giving people an awesome deal and NOT ripping myself off. Just a ballpark figure . . . and not E-bay price.

The stuff sold! Thanks for your interest! I made a fellow geek quite happy and I'm sure it didn't make it into the hands of a reseller. THANK GOD!
