The Energon Pub

I'm interested in trading my Botcon 2008 Shattered Glass Optimus Prime with solid windows. The solid windows version is a known testshot/prototype variant that wasn't sold with Funpub sets. There are only a handful of these Primes out there - exceptionally rare. He does not come with any paper work. He arrived loose from a seller overseas (most likely China, I forget).



This guy is FOR TRADE ONLY. I will only handle this trade in person at Botcon. So, offer expires one month from now.

Here's the catch: I want good offers on G1 toys. Some things I would consider for trade: Reissue Predaking. Boxed complete Scorponok or Trypticon. Headmasters like Nightbeat or Targetmasters like Misfire. Fort Max would be given heavy consideration. There are many holes in my collection. And no, these won't be 1-for-1 trades. I want to be persuaded.

If you don't think Prime is worth that much, don't make me an offer. This is a rare variant of a Botcon toy that sells for $500+. It could be worth significantly more in the future (this variant possibly more than the regular version), but I am willing to part with him now.

Just so you know these were available on kotoys.com up until a few weeks ago for $200.

I was gonna mention this as well but i think the one on KO toys was some kind of altered protoype..It has a bunch of x's on it plus the windows don't look 100% solid like the variant..The x's on it kind of ruin it.. To be honest the mold lookslike the Knockoff anyways..I have to different versions of the classics prime mold and they look similar to this one

The toy/toys listed on KOtoys.com is not the same version as the one I have listed for trade.

There are several obvious differences if you look at the photos.
