Does anyone have a broken D.I.A Fansproject City commander that they want to sell me?

I have a broken left hand that i have tried many times to contact my seller to replace. He told me that he tried to contact fansproject and they never got back to him. I as well have tried, but fansproject have ignored my questions. Please help.

I doubt you'll find anyone with a broken peice willing to part it off..I know BBTS has the DIA set right for sale for $73.06..That's ridiculously cheap considering...

It's a shame you didn't buy it from BBTS. I'm sure they'd part out a replacement or allow you to buy the broken part.
As for FansProject itself, they will not replace anything on the trailer. They clearly say they will not replace broken items. BBTS does it as a customer service courtesy. But, only if they have another of that item in stock.
And waiting for your seller to get back to you? A total waste of time. He's just ignoring you so he doesn't have to deal with you.
He feels it's better to lie to you and keep you at arm's length so there's a chance you'll be a repeat customer, rather than tell you "No, I'm not going to replace it. Deal with it."
