Need some help here, I acquired this figure through a Storage Sale from a relative looking to make some space in his unit. My understanding is his son had it on display and no longer wanted it and he placed it back in the box.

I collect watches I don't know much about it, I have it listed on Ebay -- I am asking for $ 17.00 plus the $4.00 to ship.
