TF Prime: Beast Hunters Starscream for Sale

I wanted to let the forum know I'm selling a deluxe class TF Prime: Beast Hunters Starscream. He is brand new and had never been opened. I got him as part of a case but only want the other 3 figures in wave 2. So, I've decided to sell him and have him listed on ebay.
I'm starting him at $12 for auction and $18 for buy it now and both have Free Shipping! I am willing to negotiate for members of this site, but if someone else either bids or chooses to "buy it now" before we reach an agreement AND before I can close the listing, then I must default to the ebay buyer. So, please PM me if you're interested.

I have 100% positive feedback, so feel free to check out my rating and seller feedback. I'm not trying to make profit here, but rather I'm trying to lower my overall cost per figure for the wave. I would prefer only US based buyers as well. Thanks for looking!
