Selling my Gears of War collection: NECA figures, replica lancer, comics, etc.
Posted: Thu Jun 13, 2013 1:47 pmIve decided since I cant share Gears of War with my daughter that I'd rather keep up with Transformers. So I'm taking a longshot posting here and hoping to find a new home for my Gears stuff with a Gears or NECA fan. I'm open to selling or trading.
I have 1 of each figure up until the Boomer wave. Have around 40 figures left. So PM me with the exact one youre looking for and Ill look for it. Traded most of my multiples to a friend already. Everything left is complete and I have a lot of the cards/ inserts and lots of extra weapons.
Every Gears comic: Issues 1-24 bagged and boarded, technically 25 issues with the sourcebook. Have the first edition one-shot sourcebook with exclusive One Day story and almost every variant for sale too so more than 30 comics total. First six issues and the variants signed and personalized to me by the writer, Josh Ortega, who also wrote Gears 2. Have pictures of Josh holding my lancer and even battling Darth Vader with a lightsaber.
Open figures: What I have left is 1 of every figure up to the Boomer wave. I have extra weapons and most of the cards/ inserts from the packages. Theres an open 2008 SDCC Anthony Carmine, 2009 SDCC Lambent Grenadier, ToysRUs exclusive Raam & Kim. So plenty of good stuff.
Sealed figures: my last 2009 SDCC Lambent Grenadier, 2010 SDCC Jace Stratton, Amazon exclusive Headshot Locust, ToysRUs Marcus and Dom 2 pack (Gears 2 with golden lancer), ToysRUs Marcus and Locust 2 pack (Gears 3 with flaming lancer and hammerburst)
Last but not least: Amazon Gears 2 lancer. I had it signed by Josh Ortega not once but twice. I ran into him once at Free Comic Book Day 2009 and then again at a Microsoft preview event at EMP (Experience Music Project) for the Gears 2 Dark Corners map pack in Seattle.
