I have Red Alert and Ratchet and they're just as good as the original use of the molds if not better like in Ratchet's case. I was giving Hasbro a lot of slack with Slamdance because I liked the blue on Rain Dance, but if they can't even make sure a repaint in a set is 100% then there's a problem. Mine will be here tomorrow so we'll see.

Does TC have decepticon symbols in his inner wings like Starscream?

He does not. I was surprised by that.

Umm, Eek? I transformed my Slamdance a few times last night and didnt notice any breakage, although there is a hitch in his leg trying to bend his foot, it could be related? Maybe there is flash in a joint and the tension is giving at the soft plastic arounf the metal pin?

*Carefully putsSlamdance on a shelf and never touches him again*

On a related note, I am now so torn about G2 Sideswipe. This is my first expsrience with the mold and I *Like* it but I'm not sure I *love* it. I am tempted to sell mine, but I think I want to see if the 3P guys do any Guns and the Bandolier. I wish we knew if there was a Sunstreaker coming for Siege2, I *might* be more inclined to circle back for Swipe then.

I think I'd actually be interested in the Seeker mold if it didn't have the fake F-15 cockpit slapped on the chest/plane rear. That's one thing that's always bugged me about "Cybertronian-mode" designs, the fake Earth-mode chunks slapped on, and "faux-parts" are already something I can't stand. This line seems to avoid that, for the most part.

(On that note, when was the last time we got a G1 Starscream that had an actual cockpit-chest? The Legends figure? And that's not even addressing the chest turbines, which I believe only the Masterpiece ever had actually folding up.) I don't mind Siegescream's chest turbines, since they could be interpreted as engines.

I know I'm nitpicking about a-million-and-a-half times too hard right now, but I wish that the seeker mold chest actually looked like something that could be the rear of a spaceship, even if that's not slavishly G1 enough.

I have literally no idea why I ranted so hard about this, but I'm really picky about G1 Starscreams for some reason.

Dude it’s cool, you’re in the right place. Starscream appreciators welcome

"Transformers Generations War for Cybertron Deluxe WFC-S26 Autobot Alphastrike Counterforce 3 Pack - Final Strike Figure Series: Part 1."

The longest name for anything ever!

"Power of the Primes Optimal Optimus" and "Studio Series Bumblebee Optimus Prime" are rather short in comparison. :)

Just found Siege Jetfire at the larger Walmart in my area, the one I expected it to be at, if any store in my area were to get them. Thanks to Rodimus Prime for the tip to look in the Jurassic Park section ;)^ . This is the same store I've often criticized for going overboard with anti-theft devices (all their reissue Optimus Primes and Siege leaders have them) Oddly enough, Jetfire did not....

This doesn't happen often, but it was a little uncomfortable seeing my wife's eyes widen when she saw the price at checkout, probably should have explained that ahead of time  .....(I usually do, just somehow forgot...), but that's OK, my work bonus next week should more then compensate

I think everyone needs to contact Hasbro on this and set a recall, because there's no way it should be like that.

We had a real cockpit chest G1 starscream in the cyberbattalion series from a couple years ago. Plus the combiner starscream uses a real cockpit in combined mode, which I found fun.

Got my Slamdance and Skywarp sets in yesterday. Thankfully I'm not having the Slamdance ankle issue. Really cool sets overall! The Seeker collection is so cool. 7 of them all lined up!

Seems like the Skytread mold is the real dud of this line, between this and the issues on the tank. Shame, because I feel like the Duocons are a neat concept.

The mold looks quite nice in robot mode though so even the dud of the line has merit. While I’m impressed that they made a rather aesthetic deluxe size robot mode Duocon, the Duocon gimmick probably needs to be applied to the voyager class to get decent vehicle modes out of it.

I still wish that we had gotten little robot modes for the vehicles. Yeah, it would have been an engineering nightmare when it comes to the jet and probably would have resulted in Skytread not being released in this line due to the legends class being replaced, but I'd rather he match Battletrap's new gimmick from POTP because I feel like that added something new to the duocons

*takes a deep breath preparing to scream*

No, it's not. It's a tension related break, as described in the article as a really tight joint. That's a red flag right there, an overly tight joint means there's too much friction in a certain spot and the force required to move causes any weaker spots to give.

My Skytread has a similar issue (that left joint being tighter than the right, but not to the point of jamming), so it may be a tolerance issue with the mold itself, coupled with the plastic used. A bit disheartening, I was looking forward to getting him :(

Nice. They're up the road in Maryland, too. Looks like I'm going to pass on them, but I still think they're great!

In other news, my Skywarp just hit the Amazon pick up box!

I'm alright with the current vehicles, but it's disappointing that the tank can't peg together fully without having to trim down the plastic.

(Edit: does Slamdance have the same problems? Or just the ankle?)
