Not sure on that. Megatron had no need to crew a craft because he was winning. The Autobots were retreating. It makes more sense that what they end up encountering is either Sky Lynx or an Earth-based spacecraft.

Going off some recently revealed Earthrise art, it could be a ship captained by Doubledealer.

My first thought was this. And I still feel like that's the most logical answer. Warden explained (somewhere) that Earthrise was the story of their travel through space to get to Earth. (don't ask me to explain why they already have Earth modes. I don't know. Wolfman Jake said they were so excited for the Earth party, they picked out their 'fits early. ) But, I like the possibility of it being Sky Lynx too. Who could very well be the ally that leads them to Earth.

Plus, would the Nemesis be "unidentified" to Telatran 1? It's a pretty smart computer, well versed in all things Cybertronian.

Probably the Quints though, I reckon they'll be a big enemy presence for the first part of Earthrise, just hope they aren't using the quint created the tf story line.

I was just wondering how the Decepticons would even get to Earth, but wasn't the point of Runamuck winning the fan poll to be that he somehow stowed away aboard the Ark? I wonder if that will play out, or if the idea will be dropped in favor of something else?

Given Doubledealer being part of the Earthrise range, I can see his faction gimmick coming into play for the story side of things. He may save them from the quints just to get closer to them.

I wonder what the possibility of that Cheetor Listing being meant for Netflix is?

Maybe he snuck on board when the Decepticons attacked the Ark? If they go with the poll story thing.

So Walmart somehow screwed up my Netflix order somehow. The order that I placed back in February and pre-paid for still says "delayed" even though I noticed several items have gone out of stock in the past week since the show aired. I used their online contact AI thing to get an email response, but the rep clearly had no idea what was going on, kept telling me to cancel the item and reorder it even though there's seven items in the order. It wasn't until I complained about the service I was getting did he actually make an attempt to do something about it by elevating it to someone above him. I'll post the emails below, you'll be able to easily see why I was so frustrated.

Andrew B. wrote:Good day!

Thank you for contacting Walmart.com

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can deal with this immediately

Upon checking your account, I found your items, and it appears to be stuck in processing. There are several reasons that this can occur including operational and system issues. At this point, we can actually attempt to cancel the item and you can reorder if you still want it. Please know that we do not wish this kind of issue to happen and we are committed to ensuring that we resolve them for you, I hope you understand. Would you like me to attempt to cancel your order? Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Andrew B.
Walmart.com Customer Care

Hi,

Please do not cancel the order. These are mostly sold out online and have been in stores long enough that they don't appear to be getting restocked anymore.

Thank you for your response.

I certainly understand you. As I checked online, the item is now available and can be added to cart. The reason why the order did no go through is due to system operational issues. However, we can cancel the order so you'll got your money release from your bank then you can place the order successfully. Please advise.

The order is for seven items, four of which are showing out of stock on walmart.com and one is being sold by Walmart for $20+ more than the original price. Just to be sure you're looking at order #********** right?

Upon checking, the price are still the same. Please check on this link https://www.walmart.com/ip/Transformers ... /726299451. Please advise.

You don't seem to understand the problem. Yes, that one item out of the seven items in the order is in stock, but four others are sold out and another has been priced way higher than than the normal price. If I cancel the order I'll only be able to order three of the seven items and I'll have to pay MORE to do it.

This item is out of stock: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Transformers ... /343836495
This item is out of stock: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Transformers ... /695839517
This item is out of stock: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Transformers ... /373662763
This item is out of stock: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Transformers ... /185227821
This item is priced by Walmart at $61.57 instead of the normal $39.99: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Transformers ... /100876059

I'm not asking for much, I just want the items that I pre-ordered and pre-paid for. Other people have received these items without paying ahead for them, my order should have been your number one priority before all else instead of jumping through hoops!

I certainly understand you. For the other items, they are currently out of stock from Walmart.com fulfillment center. In that case, we still need to cancel your order so you would get your money back, then once the manufacturer already provide us another stocks you can reorder the item and we will definitely adjust the price if ever it goes higher. We can only adjust the price if the item is sold and shipped by Walmart.com. Please advise.

It really doesn't sound like you're doing anything to fix the problem. Just telling me to cancel my order and re-order the ones that are in stock isn't exactly fixing the problem. It's hard to believe that the biggest retailer in the world can't make this right. I did everything right on my end, not only did I order these the day they were made available in February but I also paid for them up front. People that ordered these last week are getting them, and you're basically telling me "tough luck, maybe next time". Walmart screwed this up and Walmart should be solving the problem, even if it means sourcing them from seven different stores. It feels like there's no communication going on between you and whatever warehouse was supposed to fill this order to keep it from happening again.

If I cancel the order and and then order the 3 in stock items how will you adjust the price on the one that's showing up as $61.57 instead of $39.99 like it should? It says "sold and shipped by Walmart", yet that is definitely not the Walmart price. I can go on Amazon and get it from a scalper for less than that.

I certainly understand your concern. I assure you this will be escalated to the customer resolution team for further review. They have the necessary resources to provide or process anything regarding your concerns. You will receive a response from them promptly. Rest assured there will be an action for this. Thank you for understanding and have a great day!

Should you have questions and any other concerns, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist you.

What a waste of time, they should have escalated it in the first place. I hope I don't have to go through this again in October!

They didn't make much use out of the "Mirage convinces Impactor to join the Autobots" plotline from the Siege fan poll, though. SPOILERS: Mirage was there and juxtaposed with Impactor in some ways, but it was Ratchet who got him to change his attitude, though Impactor still didn't actually switch sides.

Yeah, why did Mirage's hologram glitch out in Decepticon mode but then he was able to hide to space bridge for half an episode?

I went through the same thing in a hour long chat the other night.
I explained one had sold out and the other had doubled in price.
It seemed to fall on deaf ears but i got a promise of an "escalation" as well.
We will see what happens but it makes me regret not calling them out the day it got delayed.
I understand WM doesn't care because they are a retail behemoth but if you have a preorder in place for me to give you money, wouldn't you want to take that money as fast as possible? :BANG_HEAD: :BANG_HEAD: :BANG_HEAD:

Just asking for the sake of curiosity. Did those that pre-order do so, because the walmarts in your area are not well stocked, or perhaps there is no walmart close to your location?

My closest one is doing a reset, and they just got a ton of the Megatron & Hotlink sets in. The rest came and went pretty quick (still a few hounds shelf warming), the Spoiler box was the hardest thing for me to get, despite getting it first. If they had not marked it down in price so quickly after it's release, it probably would still be hanging around.

The reason I ask is, I didn't pre order any of these the first time, and was able to see them all, and get the few ones I wanted, so I figured the 2nd wave would be similar. The only real ones I want are the battle masters from the Optimus set (hopefully can get those on eBay separately), and the spoiler box #2, depending on what it is. If I see a Elita-1 in store, I might get it for my daughter, but it's not a high priority.

I had most of the first wave of the Netflix line pre-ordered as soon as they were announced earlier this year. I ended up buying EVERYTHING from that first wave, including two extra Scrapfaces, with very little difficulty. Scrapface was probably the hardest to find, and I still got three of him. Walmart.com had still not fulfilled my preorders by then, so it was easy to just cancel them. I think we're going to see the second wave in stores again, just like the first, way before the online preorders are fulfilled.

That was my suspicion, but thanks for confirming. For all those who pre-ordered via walmart previously, I'm sorry for all your hassle. I've had recent different issues with them. If you go on their website now it says they have all Earthrise Wave 2 deluxes IN STOCK, but because their website is awful, it's all bogus information. These may be coming to stores soon, but as of this writing, there is no sighting in the continental US.

I figure if I cant find it in the store, then it's just not worth it to deal with a company who truly does not understand the meaning of the phrase "pre-order"

I pre-ordered the Leader and Voyager packs. The Spoiler pack was delayed, but ultimately released just a few weeks later, around the same time it started showing up in stores. The Voyager packs were delayed, then missed their date, and when I called customer service they gave me a new date over the phone. The online order never had the new date, and after it passed, I went to my local store and got them off of the shelf.

The initial round of delays happened right around the time that covid impacts first started hitting retail, so I wrote it off due to that. I don't know how product could be distributed to stores without first going through satisfying online distribution though, and the lack of updates and support doesn't inspire confidence.

If the Earthrise figures I ordered show up locally before mine have shipped, I will definitely buy them off the shelves and cancel the preorders.

This here was almost my exact same experience, except I only got two Scrapfaces total since I had a single Refraktor to go with them. Having Scrapfaces on the outside ends give the camera mode some nice flare.

In my case neither of my two local stores got the 35th Ann. line in (while other people had them shelf warming their stores) so I had no reason to trust that my stores would be getting this line in and pre-ordered them as soon as they were announced. And because I used PayPal Credit which pays upfront (interest free if I paid them off in six months) they were completely paid for so I thought I was locked in and had no reason to try to pick any up in stores (though I did pick up two Scrapfaces, but I still need a third). My local stores are mostly sold out now so all I can do is hope Walmart really does fulfill my order. Still haven't heard from anyone since the issue was "escalated".

Once more Tonton has come through with some new reviews of ER Netflix Elita-1 and Bumblebee.

Elita-1:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vDr_MOmIY0

Bumblebee:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXWWbEj2Fy4

With Elita-1 one being a retool of the yet to be released ER Arcee and Bumblebee being a retool of ER Cliffjumper. Both figures are Walmart exclusives (in the US) and are expected to be released in fall 2020. Will you be picking up these figures to add to your collection?
