That’s quite a feat considering how distinct each of the modern Monsterbots already felt.

Absolutely this! I even saw a similar post on Twitter yesterday that started because someone didn't realize the Monsterbots were all mold mates. They found the matching feet odd.
I'm really looking forward to Fangry because of how fun the Monsterbots are.

Yah they're lots of fun. I transformed the Monsterbots for the first time with Fangry's gallery. I love that they're so similar yet different. I'd love to see more things like this done with Transformers. I've always been intrigued with regular action figures and how they re-use parts, especially with the Masters of the Universe Classics line where you could buy duplicates of figures, swap parts and make other versions of characters (which was really well thought out ... i.e. Mattel made enough parts so you could make a 200X He-Man and Battle Cat).

MOTU Classics was pretty great with the customizable parts swapping and accessory packs. There are several characters who look a lot better with their 200X redesigns, so having different heads, armor, or weapons to choose from makes my collection that much more personal and satisfying.

With Hasbro having made two accessory sets now, I wonder how long until Transformers get alternate heads or hands like Hasbro does with Marvel Legends and GI Joe Classified?

They are already doing this with Transformers RED, which is the Transformers equivalent to all those other lines. I know some people want actual Transforming Toys with alternate parts, but I don't see that any time soon.

They did try the heads with Titans Return; The Wave 1 Titan Masters (Nightbeat, Loudmouth, Crashbash and Terri-Bull) had original faces at first, before Hasbro nixed that idea.

I always felt like they really missed the opportunity to double dip with toy heads and cartoon heads. Or unique comic heads like Marvel Octane. I really want that head on an Octane toy at some point.

TR Hot Rod's alternate head was in fact the IDW comics head design. Shame it was never used.

By the way, I am surprised Fangry reuses the TR head figure as Brisko. :-?

I forgot about RED. I have Soundwave and he is very nice but the material used feels a little off.

I guess technically every Titan Master is an alternate for the 'transtectors' or whatever you want to call the bodies. I did buy the Takara Legends head assortment for that reason.

Well they are offering the alternate heads now, in the retro packaging line, you just have to purchase another body to go with them ;)

That Buzzworthy set is so confusing. Nemesis Primal should have been white to mix it up more, but otherwise is a neat idea. Bee feels so weird, I don't want a 5th of that mold as much as I love it (I want it to stay more unique to cliff), but I guess I'll take it. Fangry at last! that is the one I am most excited for. Dunno what to think of Blackarachnia yet

Might have to settle for this Bumblebee since I was never able to find the Netflix one.

In Ontario, someone found never before seen toys as part of the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line at Toysrus. Those are Bumblegrim and Primelock. Both have Grimlock as the pants and each set gives you a new deco of the Grimlock mold that came out in the Robots in Disguise crash combiner line. The sighting comes from @CybertronBeast on Twiter.

Those two appeared in Québec as well. They are 25$CAN plus taxes. Not too shabby for two legend sized toys.

Looks like they are a straight redeco of the previous crash combiners from the R.I.D line. I much prefer those colors. The Optimus set is ugly because Optimus is not a truck. He's a thing. Plus Grimlock go full G2 with all that blue.

The Bumblebee set is pretty solid. The bots are nice looking, the car look like a car, and the colors are right. Plus the combined mode is way better in person than on the box if you set Grimlock's limbs right.

Of course, it goes perfectly well with the R.I.D Cyclonus combiner team. Those two are basically from the same line after all.

Has anyone been able to find the Worlds Collide set in a Target yet, or have they all just been found at Walmart so far?

If they let you buy them. Some are saying they'll show up at Target next week, which makes sense since Target is now clearancing out the old BB stuff.

Man, I wouldn't mind picking up the Buzzworthy version of Clunker Bee at that price. Unfortunately, all the Targets all around here only have those Cyberverse battle call figures.

Just a little detail, is all. The Decepticon "Headmaster Jrs." had them permanently visible without a panel covering them.

Ah okay, that makes sense. While I'm conceptually aware of the later lines, I've never really looked into them that deeply so I thought they were like the other ones where they had a panel covering them.

Yep, picked one up myself (they had three), glad that was the one I was holding out on. Three WWII Bees and six or so 2 packs are all BB figures that have been on the shelf since I checked last weekend (when they weren't marked down). I don't care what anyone says, this line sold ridiculously well in general after restocking several times.

Same on my end. BB sells, he's become the face of transformers for the latest generation.

New image of the vehicle mode for Origin Bee. I think it looks good, not perfectly color matched, but still amazing. I'm really excited to see it in better detail
