Armada Lazerbeak cheat because he's his own thing. Also 100% show accurate.

As for the DOTM HA scouts, most have a iffy third mode. Except one. DOTM HA Backfire. The vehicle is nice, the bot is solid, and the third mode is a PERFECT BFG.

finally opened siege springer last night. This is a good toy. However, it doesn't impress me as much as i expected. overtime Maybe it will grown on me, but for now, i don't feel like replacing T30 version with this one. T30 still feels superior to me. It is still fun and good toy tho, and the articulation is great, that is one aspect where this one wins over T30, so i also gonna keep this one.

Just picked up the Siege Rainmakers at target.com tonight, I've been trying to get these for weeks, doing the notify by email, but they sell out very very quickly. I was randomly on the site and they were in stock, nearly fell out of my chair and bought them. Now several hours later, they're still there! Anyone who is looking for these should head over and pick them up! :KREMZEEK: :KREMZEEK: :KREMZEEK:

Also, the connection to TR bases and Omega is exactly what i thought it would be, thats the only port we ever saw that would work.

Wondering if the other track ports will link to anything as rearranging omegas tracks doesn't seem to have much purpose or look good.

Skyfire's effects are compatible with MP-11's guns! (And almost with his engines.)

Plus the part could be stored easily in the train wagon, or be used as a shield in bot mode.

Regardless, I LOVE Astrotrain and that leader is fantastic. Especially because it nail the look (despite the shuttle flaw) and it mostly transform like the original G1 toy! :APPLAUSE:

Honesty I'm ok with a weaker shuttle mode, since every astrotrain toy ever has prioritized that mode. It's finally time for the steam loco to shine

I thought the shuttle mode was the weakest part of the G1 and classics toy.

The Classics toy had a nice train mode but IIRC it was a Shinkansen rather than a steam train. Which is cool, don't get me wrong, but for those of us who want a proper choochoo doesn't quite cut the mustard.

TR Astrotrain has a really nice shuttle mode, and his train mode is cool but gives me more of vibes of a landship than a regular train. Nice toy though, and as Sentinel Prime I really, really love the figure (thanks once again BTW).

This one, whilst not perfect, has an acceptable shuttle mode and a really nice train mode. Assuming I can get him he'll be my Astrotrain.

I would say TR Sentinel does a great job for both modes with all the fine detail really selling the train and the shuttle.

I love how the shuttle and train (and same with other TR vehicles) can be just a standard vehicle for Titan Masters or they have the tinier cockpits and windows to let your imagination really envision it as a giant craft. Just fun stuff.

Well crap! I was going to chime in to say, my personal favorite "triple changer" is Transmetals 2 Waspinator.

But there's a huge difference between favorite and best. I have not the authority to declare any one triple changer the best.

As far as cohesiveness between all 3 modes, I think Siege Springer is a good contender.

He truly does pull off the vehicle mode the best with the wings and cockpit, even if that isn't saying much

We’ve got Siege Ultra Magnus and Springer a War for Cybertron Unicron approaching our planet ...I think I need new Sieged-out versions of everyone else from the poster for the 1986 movie.
Image

Sieged Galvatron, Sieged Cyclonus and Scourge, and come on, we need Arcee.

I need an ArSiege.

It’s like he’s covered in weaponized tumors...ewww that sounds gross. I’m too lazy to delete it but just try to forget I said it.

It’s like a Dick Van Dyke one man band from Mary Poppins ...but with guns and blaster fire and the stabbing and the slashing and the swaths of fallen Decepticons.

I'm quite happy with most of the offerings we have for those. My only issue with TR Galvatron is the head gimmick but everything else is fine. My Legends Kup and Blurr are perfect for recreating that poster.

I really like my T30 version of Arcee so I have no need for a new one. If they do make another, it had better have nothing to do with the damn Moonracer/Chromia mold, and better be its own new mold and not a retool of something else.

Which Kup do you have? I'll admit, I was only satisfied when I got the Legends one. Not that I am a takara purist but in terms of recreating that poster, the Habro colours (especially the head) just didn't cut it. Hasbro's previous generations kup was actually better in terms of deco.

It'll be better when they make transformers that turn into the Ark and whatever Galvaltrons ship is called, then you can really recreate that poster

But the Ark isn't on the poster, it's one of the Autobot shuttles.

Especially with the iGear head upgrade Image

TR Kup's deco leaves a lot to be desired (and what's up with that sourpuss face?). I wouldn't mind upgrading him and Blurr to the legends versions.

I don't know why I put the ark...either way, an Autobot who turns into that ship would be ace

Dude it’s all that Unicron orange it screams Ark

Don’t get me wrong I’m in love, I mean I love 30 Arcee and I modded my TR Galvatron and he’s great, I just think new versions in this current aesthetic would be hella boss 8-)

Who better to retire the Moonracer mold and usher in the new female character mold than our favorite wholesome Cybertronian Wonder Woman ...who is also bathed in the color of blood for her species and describes her perfect Sunday as walks on the beach while cutting outstanding vendettas in twain. Or twixt cutting them a lot like a lot a lot that’s the word I’m looking for. She gets so mad sometimes.
