Which Kup do you have? I'll admit, I was only satisfied when I got the Legends one. Not that I am a takara purist but in terms of recreating that poster, the Habro colours (especially the head) just didn't cut it. Hasbro's previous generations kup was actually better in terms of deco.

I don't have any Kup right now, but I was referring to the Titans Return Kup which just isn't Kup[ppy] enough for my taste. I sold my CHUG Kup (whose Robot Mode would land him on my movie character shelf, should I have one of those) and almost all of my CHUG stuff when I went all Masterpiece.

I have Galvatron, which I bought because I was bored, but don't have Cyclonus and Scourge(s) because I wasn't buying Genertations when they hit and they're not Galvatron. Basically, even while I was "all Masterpiece" I managed to pick up a few Generations figures here or there that I got for a great price or was just too much of a junkie to not purchase.

But the Ark isn't on the poster, it's one of the Autobot shuttles.

I don't know why I put the ark...either way, an Autobot who turns into that ship would be ace

This reminds me of that bit in the Robots in Disguise comic where the autobots find the corpse of a Decepticon that turned into a ship and have to manually transform him to escape in it.

Oh man we are all waiting on that. I think the reason I havent thought of selling any animated toys is because in the back of my head I know I wouldnt forgive myself if I did and that ark came out.

Oh that would be a fan dream come true for me. I loved Omega in Animated I thought that was just brilliant. A toy even out of scale with the main line toys would be so super cool. I remember actually being surprised I didn't see it coming and when you see him in robot mode it's like Of Course!

And I loved that scene where they had to manually transform that dead Con  ahhh good memories. So much fun.

I would only want an Omega who turns into an Ark-like ship if it actually was that exact Animated Omega design that turns into that exact Animated Ark-like ship, the Orion.

I don't want a substitute for Animated Omega, I want the real McCoy, just as the as people who weren't satisfied with the Energon Omega mold as a substitute for a new G1 Omega wanted and finally got what they want in Siege's Titan class Omega.

At this point, I'd even accept a mass production of that one fanmade custom Animated Omega that had only one or two pieces made.

Honestly at this point I'd just accept more Animated homages in general. Closest things we've had to Animated since it ended are that new Lugnut in Cyberverse and Thrilling 30 Blitzwing, and no one can tell me that it wasn't just Animated Blitzwing in G1 colors  Though, I will say that Animated would be hard to incorporate cohesively into current lines due to it having such a distinct style. It'd be like putting Bayverse Prime into the standard Generations line. Though, if they toned the chins down, it might work ;)^

Don't forget Slipstream:

Funny thing is that the Legends figure is the Animated character herself, not a G1 version (though was repurposed as such for Earth Wars).

Ugh, how could I forget! I was literally looking for that Legends figure the other day on ebay  Oh, and Lockdown making the jump to movies. Geez, I forgot about quite a lot making the jump to general canon

Yeah, right now, Cyberverse has not only Slipstream but Clobber and Lockdown.

Though, despite Slipstream being a high-ranking Seeker, Clobber and Lockdown have been officially labeled as Megatron's "most worthless foot soldiers", a label that the two even grin about.

Yep, the two most purely Animated-inspired characters in Cyberverse are reduced to a bumbling comic relief duo of inept Decepticons who get pushed around by everyone else, can barely do their jobs right, and hardly have any real motivation in this war (Their capture of Hot Rod was just a happy accident). >:oP

That's ok my first thought was... *I didn't think there was a RiD Comic (recalling BW won the vote in Dreamwaves contest between BW & RiD for a comic that never came to fruition)...then I remembered there was a short lived RiD15 comic, but didn't remember a dead giant Decepticon. That other thing, didn't even register ;)

I definitely do NOT need an Animated Omega Supreme, Hasbro made the one I want, and it is amazing. If however down the line they do create such a thing I'll be happy for those who want it. I want others to be as happy as I am now.

Lastly though, and a bit concerning, Emgo's review was the only one I've seen online that addressed the "Titans Return" base compatibility issue. He claims (shows in video) the ramps are in fact NOT compatible with TR bases. If true, this will definitely not put me off getting Omega, but I wonder why Warden & Co. would make such a claim if not true? Also it will definitely change my mind about getting Astrotrain. It seems he may have some compatibility with Omega, but not with any TR bases. I'm hoping Emgo himself just didn't fully understand or was trying to hook them up incorrectly.

Anyone else have solid proof the base modes can actually connect? I'd love for it to be true

Perfect Thank You. I don't come here on the weekends, but I do try to check up on what I missed, this one just slipped past. Thanks again. That is pretty much what I expected, and, that is why I don't do toy reviews on Youtube (well that and I don't have professional level A/V equipment). I'd want to thoroughly research each item and by the time I did, everyone else being in a rush to be *first* most likely wouldn't see it anyway...

...and time... Working full time, and a family. I can spare a few minuets here & there at work to post some comments, that's about it. ;)

As Sabr pointed out a few pages back, Omega is compatible with TR, and with Siege Astrotrain, but there are 2 different types of connectors and connections points. So far, it looks like Astrotrain only has this newer type of connector and will only connect to OS (and possibly future toys).

For the TR connections, those all connect directly to the track (see photo) and there are 2 connection points one on each track piece. There are 4 of the newer connection points. 2 of them are black flip out connectors on the track portions of the legs. The other 2 are on the end of the ramps, but appear to be completely useless based on where they are located inside the track. I flipped one up to show the connection end a little better in my photo.

Speaking Zone...Once King Poseidon is released, we'll have all the components to recreate a modern diorama of the climax of the TF Zone episode, though KP will look a little small next to Predaking & Dinosaurer. ;)

I messed up. For some reason, I confused the two post Death of Optimus Prime comics. I meant to write MTMTE, which is where I thought the dead spaceship decepticon was (what was his name again?).

But, to answer your question, there was an RID comic and it lasted for 57 issues and was relaunched as the Optimus Prime comic later.

https://tfwiki.net/wiki/The_Transformer ... n_Disguise

I short, I meant to write MTMTE, but wrote RID, but it turns out it was in LL and not MTMTE anyway. But LL and MTMTE are the same difference (hence my joke which fell flat).

Are we all caught up? Because if people are confused, I could start the power point presentation I have.
