The problem with the hands has to do with a design flaw, not QC.

I dont understand Shockwave's comment then. Maybe you are referring to paying lower with a discount on HTS then? But then in that case, your use of "markup or extra bit" is not fair since a markup only applies to charging more than MSRP. The real price is the MSRP, not the discounted price. That is the only fair way to judge a markup when referring to retailers. Unless you count shipping as a markup, which could be fair if you point it out.

I'd guess the same. All the Leader class figures I've seen at retail recently are $45. Now, if Mardi Gras Megatron would stop hogging all the shelf space, UM may have somewhere to hang out.

Would you believe there are two listing for Ultra Magnus? There's one for Generations Combiner Wars Ultra Magnus, and then the one you linked to which is just Generations Ultra Magnus. I had the CW one on my Wish List and Camel Tracker, so I missed out on the other. Problem corrected.

AC toys posted a "confidential" image of what appears to be the back of the box of the upcoming Leader Class Starscream based on the Thundercracker mold. The site calls it IDW Starscream and gives the date of July 1.

Looks a lot better than that beige prototype that guy has been posting. I know its a box art pic but Hasbro has been very kind with silver paint jobs latley like Megatron

If it actually ends up looking like that, I will be very excite.

Starscream looks good - no complaints about this. Wonder if they'll have the crown 'store' anywhere in alt mode....

$46.99 is MSRP on Leader Class figures.
