Doesn't matter, although I'd be down for a Nerf/Transformers crossover with Unicron as a Nerf ball.

Yeah, HasLab Unicron will always be special, nothing they do at retail will ever compare to that.

The goal of a retail Unicron would never to replace the HASLAB.
Beside, I'm sure that they'll just re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-release the Armada mold before making a new one anyway.

Sadly, that Armada Unicron mold has been reused so many times that time and wear have finally caught up to it. The last release, Encore Green Unicron, can barely hold itself together.

It's mostly clear plastics just to add a layer of BS too.

I wouldn't mind a new Unicron that would be the same size as the Armada mold. Maybe this time around, that would be a "Commander" or would it be in its own new category?

A Titan ROTB Unicron would be nice, his design in the movie (in planet mode at least) looks just enough like G1 Unicron that it would be a decent alternative for those who never got the HasLab toy.

Got a bunch of 1977 Camaros for you today! I really enjoy both of these molds.

I spruced up ROTB Bee a little bit after the trailer, painting the Autobot logo (or where it used to be) in silver and adding some light panel lining to the helmet!

After that trailer, I am now sad that Arcee and Bumblebee do not have their 2nd arm cannons. I feel like those are needed now. And now i hope Wheeljack gets the right arm blasters (plural), and I hope the voyager Prime includes the proper arm cannon and sword.

Anyways, I finished my Den, and here are the SS shelves:

I also got Scourge today, just opened him. He is really cool

He's indeed pretty good, except his pricepoint.
He feels like a voyager, not a leader. Especially after coming back to transform my SS leader AoE Grimlock.

Yeah, after getting Battletrap in-hand, Scourge seems hardly worth the leader price. He's more like a jacked up voyager, worth maybe $5 more than Battletrap, but that's it.

Things are definitely not looking good for "leader" ROTB Optimus Primal. >:oP

Until we finally see it and it's revealed that the entire thing is covered in real fur! :P

Need to get a couple of the Studio 86 figures like Grimlock and Slag. Can readily find Sludge. Great figures!

Don't give them ideas. They already come up with enough plastic stuff that ends up in a landfill.

And to clarify, Scourge is not a bad figure. Just not worth $60.

Agreed.
The Ultra Class needs to make a comeback. That's what Scourge is.

I personally think Scourge is worth his pricepoint. between him, The Fallen, Legacy Skyquake, and Legacy beast Megatron, the leader class have been ruling the day lately.

First Look at Transformers Studio Series WFC Game Megatron and ROTB Rhinox

We have some big news for toy fans today. We have not one but two first looks at new upcoming figures, both voyagers in the Studio Series line. One is Gamer Edition Megatron, from the War for Cybertron game, and the other is Rise of the Beasts Rhinox. There are comparisons below to the other voyager Rhinox coming out as well in the mainline. They seem to be based on the same model in robot mode. You'll let us know what you think.

Rhinox and Gamer Megs both looks AMAZING.

Let's hope Megs don't have huge gaping holes in vehicle mode like for Optimus.

I think it's aa little strange that they have dedicated new toys to the High Moon games which are out of print and unavailable for purchase. I wish they'd at least make the originals available again, if not a remaster.

Generations WFC Megatron was a great toy for the time, and I think still holds up well today, so hopefully this one is awesome. Including the mace and coloring it correctly like in the images on the box is a good start (WFC Optimus' axe does not look good in-person).

Interesting that they're giving Rhinox a big hammer and not his chainguns. Those are kind of iconic for him. Still a cool look for him, actually excited to see this movie.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the Gamer/Voyager Megatron. It could be good, if it's not loaded with hollow portions. If it's nice and solid with good heft, then it should be all right. The 'mace' doesn't look like it fits in though - in either mode. Kind of like Blitzwings energon mittens, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
