It's too bad for the backpack becuse he actually looks much better than I expected for the most part. I like his torso, it is very remeniscent of the cg model and I like it's contrast with his smaller waist. But its too bad that this contrast is lessened with the large amount of back kibble that makes him look wider than he is. And that gun definately straps to his head

Something about him looks... off. Maybe it's the amount of kibble that is visible?

Though now it's pretty definite that his weapon is meant to fit over his noggin.

Evidently, Lockdown likes to keep the windows rolled down.

I guess he looks OK. It's impossible for me not to compare him to RotF Lockdown, and as unfair as that is AoE Lockdown just doesn't seem impressive in comparison.
Is that clear plastic being used in his joints? That doesn't seem wise...

Also, I wonder how well he can balance with the gun plugged onto his head. His feet are really tiny.

Im greatful for this. Finally a chance to shoot autobots in the face using someone's face.

I wonder if this guy will scale well with Leader Class Optimus? Because the only one so far who seems to fit with him in robot mode is the Flip and Change version, and that's an unposable brick.

Too bad he didn't get the Leader Class treatment. Pass.

Him and Optimus can have a great exchange:

O - "Give me your face!"

L - "Sure." *hands gun*

O - "No, your actual face!"

L - "I just did."

O - "That's a gun."

L - "Transformers, changing things into things.. that's my face."

O - "..."

L - *smiles up from OP's hands*

No comparison, really. RotF Lockdown is amazing.

Optimus Prime can take Lockdown's face (which presumably uses a 5mm peg) and use it as a gun? THIS IS AMAZING.

i really wish they had used the silver they used for the rotf deluxe sideways variant on lockdowns vehicle mode rather than this weird pearly looking brownish color.

Instead of splitting this newsie up in parts, we've decided to make a round-up of these official images! All images courtesy of the ever-infamous Transformers Columbia Facebook page, we have official images of an Age of Extinction One Step Changers Giftset, Hero Mashers Soundwave and Slug, the Titan Bumblebee figurine, and package variants of Power Battlers Optimus Prime!

To start off, here are the images of the One Step Changers giftset, comprised of Lockdown, Drift, Slug, Grimlock, with Silver Knight Optimus Prime being included as an exclusive bonus.

Next up on the agenda is the Titan Bumblebee figure, which is based on his 2014 Camaro design and comes equipped with a plain black weapon.

I find it funny that the Power Battlers Optimus has a more cohesive robot mode than the $40 Leader version.

My first thoughts on seeing Lockdown's 'face' - what's with the puffy lips? Is the VA a black guy, and they're thinking, 'Well, guess we'd better make his face LOOK like a black guy after what we did to Jazz....'

According to other sources, Lockdown will be with the 2014 Camaro Bumblebee and "Hot Shot", who is speculated as being Shane's rally car.

Why so much hate on Lockdown? This is one sexy, sexy guy! I'll cough up the 20$ when I'll see him in store for sure.

Shockwave7--I may be reading your context wrong, and if that's so, my apologies. But this comment reads in such a way that there is a definite undertone of racism, and we really don't want to get down that road. So let's keep the topic of Lockdown's appearance to just that, and avoid speculations that are racially offensive in tone.

that one step slag actually looks pretty good, its the only one with a good alt & robot mode. If the prices stay down & he gets released on his own i might get one. As for deluxe lockdown i dont know why but for some reason i like him, its no where near lockdown to me but as a figure looks pretty good. Coloring doesnt look dull & the car parts look like they integrate well into the robot mode. I will wait til i seem more cause if most of the car is just slapped on the back then ill probably pass, if the bits fold up into a nice size back pack then ill probably pick one up and use him as lockdowns rival. Since the head looks like a gobot maybe ill steal one of their names & give it to him.

I am being completely honest and think that UT and Prime had some good designs while thinking prime should had a season 4 unless you count the 2015 series as season 4 :???: :HEADHURTS:
