Here are some of examples of the core figure not being too core.

Ah crap, that's how we're going start getting legend class figures again   :-(

I’m finally back home and I’ve been united with some Transformers that have been purchased over the last few months!

Ironhide’s box is pretty beat up but I’m really glad to have them all!

Oh, I also found this. . . thing at Dollar Tree.

. . . I’m not really sure what to think about it, but Starscream’s legs have never looked so good.

Not even Megs is sure what to think about it.

There’s apparently quite a few of these though, digging the new Soundwave design!

Don't jinx us by joking like that! This is :HASBRO: , we're talking about, they might actually do it! lol

In all seriousness though, I don't buy much Legends because they do that.

Anyway, got my Titan Omega Supreme from Amazon last Wednesday after UPS decided to take a day off from the rain. Paid $88 for it after the big discount and $30 in gift cards.

Also ended up back at the closing Kmart today. Wasn't planning to, but I had to go into town so I figured I'd stop by. The BotBots series 3 blind packs were pretty well picked over by this point, now marked down to $.90, but I did find four more that I didn't have and two that didn't have code numbers, but ended up being duplicates (one of which was the rubber duck, I won't complain about having two of that gem now). Also picked up a $200 dinning room table for $29 so it was a good day. ;)^ Going to miss this store way, way more than TRU. Tons of great memories buying toys there.

I'm a bit envious of that stinger, I regret passing on it when it came out!

I passed on it too for the longest time (which is interesting because Stinger was a figure I was really hoping for when Studio Series was announced), but Kroger actually had one (with an army of Crowbars), and the price dropped to $12.50 on a sale. Im glad I picked it up, he has some accuracy problems but the transformation is crazy and it’s pretty fun overall.

Finally got my Lancer today in the mail. Feels like it was such a struggle to get her.
Oh and Smokescreen was tagging along.

Got the "Ultra" Cyberverse Grimlock. It was on sale at Canadian Tire for 20$CAN instead of 30$CAN. At that price, it was time to finally have a Grimlock of that universe in my Grimlock collection.

Despite the limited articulations in bot mode, it's a neat toy and the fire breathing gimmick in dino mode is pure genius!

****! What would they have paid if the :RUBSIGN: wasn't slightly crooked? ;)

Huh, and to think, I felt like I over paid at $8 for the recent reissue.

The surprise is Cybertron Backstop?
NICE!
Seriously, many hate him, but he's one of my favorite Transformers. He's derpy, and cool.

Yep, he was the surprise! And by both my friend and me, he will be going by Saidos.

My Titan Class Omega Supreme arrived today, and I must say I like it. I always hated the G1 figure, but this one is done well. For some reason I thought Countdown would be bigger, but he'll be fine. I also expected Omega to be the same height as Trypticon or Devastator, but he's taller as well. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Found Siege Rung and Singe at the Target in Florence, KY today. Very happy to find both, as I just picked up Spinister a little less than a week ago.

Picked up a Cyberverse Ultimate Class Grimlock at T.J.Maxx for only $20. he's a very surprisingly complex figure. At first I thought I had transformed him right, but then realized his legs/tail collapses into his body adding another level to his transformation. Poses really nicely, too. Only thing that would really make me happy is wrists since his elbows are on the wrong side of his arm. Still, great price for the guy.

That Grimlock is a really good mold and a favorite of mine from the year. Glad you got him! I think he works with the scale of generations as well, being so big

Went to E.B Games and finally decided to be a Edge Premium member. They get all the newest Transformers early and the lower prices for Edge member compensate for the 15$CAN a year membership pretty quickly.

So, I got SS '07 Megatron and SS Soundwave.

Image

Both figures are absolutely fantastic and don't feel cheap at all with all that paint.
I'll talk about them more in the SS thread.

Totally forgot that I pre ordered SS Mixmaster on Amazon, and I've been so insanely busy the last couple of weeks, I haven't been keeping up with my personal email. Therefor I was quite shocked to come home on Friday and find him on the porch.
