Glad to hear there's another wave of Generations soon(I don't much care for DOTM and Prime) - the new head and Red/Silver/Black colour scheme on Sky Shadow looks really good.

Junk Heap's Yellow/Maroon is not so hot.

I'm hoping Hasbro does another run of the recent Generations figures in the lead up to Christmas, because I know a lot of people around the world had problems finding them (They were super rare here in NZ).

Also, we are FINALLY getting a G1 redeco of movie Ironhide! I can't believe it's taken so many years.

So far every Prime related toy is looking great, looks like we'll have to wait for a third party gatling gun for Skyquake though. :-?
Also where are people seeing pictures of Junk Heap and "Sky" Shadow? I don't think they're in the galleries.

headsortails wrote:You guys keep mentioning Soundwave...........which one is he? Please tell me it's not the one at the bottom of the pics!

The blue man that turns into a jet. :P

headsortails wrote:Is it wrong for me to think the Prime toys are really, really kick ass since I haven't seen but one episode of the cartoon? I mean, the very first pics I saw I wasn't sure I would, but getting better looks at them- their freaking awesome!

You should watch more episodes, I think you'll want the toys even more.

I spied a Voyager Starscream in there! Now that I know there's one in progress, I don't have to buy that anorexic Deluxe one. 8-}

Technically EVAC is a movie figure, he's going to be the Transformers 3D Experience's NPC character. Pretty cool that he's getting a toy.

So why does the Hasbro Air Raid look like TRASH compared to the Takara....he looks like he should be Springer.

Classics: Yes Please
DOTM: No Thanks
Prime: Oh hell yes! Though I'm only going to get the deluxes and voyagers. No cyberverse for me.

The only Cyberverse Prime figure I want is Arcee for her her size-accurate altmode.

Wheeljack looks awesome. When I first saw the TF prime designs I was like "no way they could make good figs of these." Turns out I was wrong....

Is there any new figures in the hasbro gallery ( other than dark steel unicron, and the green airplane? also, I think the deluxe soundwave looks really cool but the HA is a dissapointment. It's legs and body are so disproportionate!

I wish I could watch more. I don't have cable right now. Trying to cut back on some expenses. Is that Soundwave from the Prime cartoon? I think he looks kool. Want to see the colored version.

This isn't anywhere nearly as disappointing as Botcon and Toyfair were this year, but I am still disappointed at no news of Mirage or whether or not there will be more Leaders.

Junkheap looks very... odd. I really hope those aren't his final colors. I can't say I'm a fan of the yellow and pinkish red on him. I'l probably get him if he has a better, more Junkion-like color scheme. Sky Shadow looks pretty cool, but I think I'll save my money and not get him.

The DOTM toys that we saw look good, for the most part. I'm glad that Soundwave and Wheeljack are both actual Mercedes. I'll definitely be getting both of them. I'm probably going to use this Soundwave as an Autobot in my collection (with a new head) since his vehicle mode doesn't look very villainous, and I'll use the inevitable blue repaint of him as Soundwave. Evac looks amazing. I love his vehicle mode, and he looks great in robot mode as well. I hope they repaint him in orange, brown, and green as an homage to G1 Roadbuster. That would be awesome.

The Prime toys looks pretty good as well. Knockout looks awesome aside from the weapon port on his side, which will hopefully be removed. Skyquake looks good too. I also like Voyager Starscream better than the Deluxe one. If I get a figure of him, it'll be the Voyager.

Wink, wink, nudge, nudge...I may have recently found said episodes of said show. You may want to check www.veoh.com out. P.S. it's free!

At first i did not like the way DOTM figures were looking ,that has changed since i have seen them in the stores i have loved them (with exception to voyager Prime :BANG_HEAD: ) .So all the new ones ,even the repaints are so cool :D ,and i love Soundwave Human Alliance .But the Prime figures knocked my socks off ,they rock =P~ .Can't wait for the Pack with the Kids .

I like the look of that TFP Wheeljack. I like the show, but don't have plans on collecting the figures, as with all the Hot Toys coming out this year I'm scaling back on my Transformer purchases except for Masterpiece and Classics releases. However...I'm definately thinking of picking Wheeljack up to stand in on the classics shelf. I wasn't very happy that Generations deluxe Wheeljack was a repaint of Tracks. I think the mold looks great for Tracks, but the remold wasn't different enough when released as Wheeljack. The TFP figure's proportions aren't all that out of whack, or cartoony to stand in on the classics shelf imo.

Here's looking forward to the figure.

You know, as hyped up as I am about the Prime line, that Quickstrike tribute is what I truly can't wait for. I wish more Beast series characters would show up in Generations-styled, Movie-styled and now Prime-styled lines. You know, Beast character & scheme, vehicular having body.
