I'd like to know as well. I tried and failed miserably.

Again, gimme about a day or so to whip up a picture tutorial. It's actually pretty simple.

Not an instructional video, but the opening footage shows that combined mode

Check the TR thread for how the combined jet works! Sorry it took so long. :HEADHURTS:

Throw a Prime Master in the cockpit and it's a Power of the Primes chest piece.

Just noticed that Infernocus's sword looks like it could be a tail... Gonna have to try it out on the Infernocons and see if it fits any of them.

Has anyone won this thread yet? Because I'm about to.

Okay, so I'm back from Japan with a few new wares for my A/E/C collection. Mostly Armada/Micron Legend really, that's my favorite series and the end goal is to 100% the series. Basking in the addition of the Micron Legend MM-17 Air Assault Team / Clear Version and the Superlink SC-08 Energon Saber, I take some photos and tweetbrag, etc.

Notice anything weird? I didn't. They're darn nice figures; I know there is no Hasbro equivalent the Clear Dark Saber, the Micron Legend Clear version has eluded me a few times. What I wanted to check was the Hasbro Energon Saber to see if there are any differences.

I end up at the Scattorshot Gallery here and I find.

Wait what?

What do you mean the ****ing rudder can move to become his chest?

WHAT?

Guys.

I have like 10 different copies of this Mini-con/Micron team since 2002 when this series debuted. What the actual ****. 15 years man. 15 years of leaving that rudder on top of his head. No one pointed it out to me. You ***holes.

I just.

Someone take my collection away from me.

I've still got the standard version of the minicon team/Star Sabre & even I knew that the tail section could move, it's a pity that you never thought to bring it up sooner or someone on here could've told you that ;)

but 15 years is a long time man

Dude, i had almost exactly the same experience with that mold- I've had the Hasbro star and dark saber teams since I got them as a kid and it took a solid 10+ years, until I re-entered the hobby, that I discovered that the fin could flip down. In my shame I must have blanked the whole thing from my memory, it's only seeing your post that reminded me at all! I now feel a little less stupid knowing I'm not the only one

TR Triggerhappy's thrusters in his shoulder can loosely hold weaponry with 5 mm pegs (not perfect, but hey who doesn't want to load him with artillery?)

Not so much "Things he can do" as "How he's actually meant to work- not too long ago I realized I'd been transforming Transmetal Waspinator wrong. He actually has a few extra hinges that allow his robot mode to both look a lot more coherent and actually peg together properly. He also has thigh swivels but they're so absurdly tight (and made from clear plastic) that I'm very nervous about using them.

So not really something my figure could do, but my Energon Demolisher (The dumptruck version) had an issue with his waist that I was never able to figure out until now: it wasn't in the place it was supposed to be. Fortunately, with a little force, I was able to fix him.

Some bots get all the luck, a body that can they can form the head of, others have to crawl inside a torso and play robot jox

Huh, the Primemaster suits have peg holes in their feet that allow them to peg onto those same Titanmaster pegs that all the early TR figures had on them.

I know I am probably late to the party on this but I was putting together Victorion today and I noticed that only Jumpstream has the helpful peg thingy and Dust Up does not. (It's tough to get the combiner peg to move without the smaller peg that helps you move it with your thumb) I thought for a second I broke Dust Up but there is no mark or rough edge that indicates a break.

I'd like to know if anyone else experienced this or if I have some kind of anomaly.

Nothing's broken or defective. The tab on Jumpstream isn't to help pry the combiner peg out, it's to hold the hood in place for vehicle mode.

They should have done a tab on both, takes forever to move the combiner peg without it.
