I saw Sixshot once. Of course, was snatched up, and now the shelves are occupied by Blaster and Optimus Prime.

My area is stuck on wave 3 Titans Return (Leader is stuck on wave 1 tho), but Target has wave 4 Deluxes and Legends in. Almost got a Topspin, but I'm gonna wait for a better deal.

Dropped by a few stores today just to see what was available, mainly just Toys R Us and Target here in Canton, OH. I've never seen the Canton TRU so barren. It was just all sorts of bad when it came to TFs and I've always found them to always have a decent selection in the past. There were like no Titans Return toys or even TLK toys in. Just a couple 1 to 3 step changers for RID and that's it. So popped over to Target and got the TLK Voyager Prime there and noticed they had a pretty decent selection there. I mainly got Prime because I need a good movie Voyager Prime to scale with my movie voyager Megatron figures and AoE Galvatron.

Sadly, I'm forced to do that as well. I'd really much rather support local stores for various reasons, but when Hasbro doesn't cooperate... :BANG_HEAD:

The TRU in the biggest mall in my area has completely abandoned Transformers altogether. There isn't even any advertising for TF's anywhere in the toy section.

It's strange to eliminate everything transformers related in a TRU toy aisle.

If you have a Walmart near you, you have seen them before, but I haven't: dedicated The Last Knight displays. I saw one today and it was packed compared to what was left on the pegs in the regular section. The offerings at mine:

Generations
Deluxe Wave 2 revison with:
- Scourge
- Skullsmasher
- Blurr
- Highbrow
- Chromedome (not the Japanese head one unfortunately)
- Hardhead

The Last Knight
Everything Wave 1

Rescue Bots
Exclusive gift sets.

I took photos, and can post them if you want me to.

My Toys R Us has a huge section just because of the movie, it's sad that soon it'll go away ;-;

also they don't seem to be bringing in any platinum sets since the dinobots and the insecticons went on clearance...

My Local asda has about half a dozen of those little blind bag changers, and some One-steps.

Not been this bad since the 9 month Transformers Prime era Drought.

I think I'll end up buying a pack of stuff on line in the pre-christmas sales if this carries on.

Emerje wrote:Anyway, theses tags that have been on the empty pegs at the Walmart nearest work since mid April really make me sad.

They're on TR Legends, Titan Masters, TR Leaders and basically all of the RID pegs except for Warriors. If I'm deciphering that right it doesn't sound like they've got anything on order either. Tags were still there Saturday morning, going on a month now.

...and the tags are still there. They did stock a few RID figures from each class, but right now the only TR figures are a bunch of Legends wave 3 and two Deluxe Hot Rods. I've only seen Legends wave 3 once in my area at one Walmart and only seen Six Shot once in my area at the only local Target. All I've seen of wave 4 is the Titan Masters at Target, that's it. It's crazy how scarce these have been.

Meanwhile there's no shortage of TLK wave 1 anywhere, that's really all anyone is stocking here.

The only TRU in a mall around here is a tiny TRU Express (about the size KB used to be). When I was there the last week, the only interesting thing was they were still sitting on a CW Betatron torso [-( .

The other 3 TRU's around me (stand alone, but near malls) range from awful to pathetic. One literally had no TR except a lone Scourge  .

Been to two Walmarts, one had it (including a section of random TR deluxes of all waves) one didn't. Both still had tiny pathetic regular aisle sections.

Since my Target is always picked over, I wanted to know if the new movie will make all the big box stores picked over or well stocked. (I'm assuming that my Target does not order much since it gets other non-transformers related figures in slowly too.)

Well, it's certainly not making anything very well stocked near me. 8-}

Then again, the movie line never does.

I am currently hunting in the US on my vacation in Virginia and I can see what you guys (and girls) are talking about. Walmart is very similar to Canada. A decent selection but nothing overly new. I couldnt find either wave 4 or 5 titan masters. Went to Burlington coat factory and its basically TJ Max. I didnt find the deals that great either (was looking at Power Ranger zords, they didnt have TFs).

I also went to Family Dollar since I hear it being talked about sometimes.

Its a god awful store. I hate it. It is one of those places that fools you into thinking its cheap but its instead the opposite. Its a poor man's Walmart with the toys prices of Walgreens. Which genius is behind this store and how is it still running? Its the same conundrum I have with a local store in Quebec called Rossy which looks like ass but has legends transformers at $15. Whreis the money going? Sure as hell aint the decor. Plus they have the audacity to have KO TFs right next to official ones.

This was about a week ago during my vacation to London. I was surprised and impressed by the selection at Harrods. A little too pricey to even consider a spontaneous purchase though.

There was also a large Tesco near where I was staying in London, but the selection was almost non-existent. Didn't see any TFs in Paris.

you should see the situation here in Italy.
In the retails I saw, we're still stuck with Titans Return WAVE 1! And only deluxe and voyager (actually, I saw just wave 2 in one retail, and first wave in a toy store).
We didn't saw in retail leader class figures, nor Fortress.
I don't know how many waves of titan masters we actually saw, but I think we saw the first 2 and the one with Fangry.
About the movie toys, it arrived something, but they already removed the special expositor, and know there are only few deluxes.
For Combienr Wars, we saw some wave, but discontinued and not all of them (in the mall I usually go we saw just the Optimus Maximus wave of deluxes, Scattershot, Onslaught, Cyclonus and Hotspot as voyager class, no leader and wave 5 of legends)
Now they run out of both CW and TR deluxes, so I hope they'll refill the shelves soon, but I'm not very optimistic

My TRU was loaded with Sixshots.

And the voltron selection was gorgeous, every member was there if you want a complete set.

Two Walmarts in two different Central Maine cities (Augusta and Waterville), same story. Still haven't found Ramhorn...
