I'm not sure the head crest would look like that from behind.. But we'll find out in good time.

But doesn't this release show he is no longer forgotten?

Well no, because he is the only one left of the G1 Minibots. Picked from the line last :(

I've finally complete Piranacon/King Poseidon. Sadly still can't ship it yet but oh well. The seafood special is finished at last!

Sure would be nice if these were stolen from factories by actual Transformers fans that know how to take good photos and not by people that are just trying to flip these for a quick buck from minimum effort. ;)

Last week, I finally shipped my last two Seacons from TFSource, along with a Legends Blue Big Convoy and an Earthrise Smashdown to get the free shipping.

After having finally opened all six of my Seacons both last night and night before last, I've now completed putting together my King Poseidon today. And boy is he a beast!

I managed to get him in a standing pose while holding all three of his main weapons: His combined sword, his combined gun, and Overbite in gun mode. With Overbite connected to his right fist, I put the sword in the same hand while his combined gun is held in his left hand.

This Selects combiner just feels so much more massive and heftier than most other CW/UW/Potpie-styled combiners that the higher price seems all the more warranted. So many accessories, so much bulk, this guy is CHUNKY!

The Legends comics might be pure fanfic-grade insanity but there is no denying that the Super/Ultra Megatron is definitely one of the dopest design out there and every time I see pics of it I'm reminded of this fact and how much of a good pick that mold was, once properly retooled. TR Galvatron was a cruelly underrated mold which got a lot of flak due to its poorly implemented headmaster integration and the flip out mask (especially as later TR offering showed a better helmet setup). That much is true. However I do think it has a certain super robot esthetic to it that Super Megatron help bring to the table and his nonsense power up and kibble variations are just icing on an already cool cake.

Sure he's not for everyone, especially if you're someone who dislike 'cybertronian' modes. But me? He hits all the right buttons and I suspect the only thing I will hate about him is that QC or mold degradation might cause some floppy legs. Or not, given the TR mold was only used for Galvatron previously.

Now Bumble Jumper is the poor forgotten minibot...
Although in Gen 2 they released Hubcap in Red instead of Cliff Jumper.

Bumper (aka "Bumblejumper") wasn't even acknowledged until the Dreamwave Comics... In the US that is. In Brazil, he was a confirmed release, so...

Ironically, I'll probably get Hubcap before I get Cliffjumper or Bumblebee since I'm pretty satisfied with the versions I already have.

Gotta say, all the pics of Super Megatron convinced me to preorder him. Still may change my mind, though. He does seem pretty sweet.

I didn't know where to direct this question but what from Transformers are expected from SDCC 2020? If it was already announced I clearly missed it. BBTS has been posting more SDCC items in the past days so I was curious. Sorry again if this as already announced! :HEADHURTS: :VEHI:

SDCC was canceled before any exclusives were announced, but we suspect that that grey ER "Sleep Mode" Optimus Prime was one of them.

If it truly was... pretty ironic if you think about it :-?

SDCC is continuing in a fashion of sorts, by inviting fans to go online during the previously scheduled dates as many panels will be streamed live online. Whether or not Hasbro plans to have a panel for this event is unknown at this time. I'm sure there will be some SDCC exclusive toys, but they also are TBD. The sleep mode Optimus is a good guess, but as for the rest, it hasn't been revealed yet.

So what do you guys think? Will we see any SDCC exclusive and will they be released online?

I thought leaks said we were supposed to get a GI Joe/Transformers set of some kind for SDCC, and Dead Prime was supposed to be an Amazon exclusive?

I think the classified series snake eyes that was sold on pulse was going to be a SDCC exclusive.

Nah, that was up for sale before anyone was remotely sure about SDCC being cancelled. I think the brighter-blue-and-more-gold variant of the Cobra Commander they just revealed as a "TheNTWRK" exclusive was gonna be the Joe SDCC exclusive.

I won this guy is a free spin game in a gaming Facebook page, super stoked to have a Seacon! He'll stand separate from my other 6 seacons once they arrive, he's gonna be my Battle Core Prime's buddy. and he'll be the start of a team built up from exclusive figures to form a sweet Prime combiner. Not sure when I'll finish the team, but they'll all be harder to find figures, and preferably ones that cover the 4 factions.

But, for now, it's awesome to have a seacon, to win a game, and have a Savage Sharkclaw mode!

As for Overbite himself, he's a pretty cool. He is a good retool of Rippersnapper, and the walking shark mode is pretty neat. I love the colors on him, and the amount of accessories is cool. He feels much more premium than other combiner limbs of late, and the hand that he comes with is also really good. Overall nothing really to complain about!

Shame we don't have a deluxe CW compatible lion. Then we could see a modern Leobreaker.
SAVAGE CLAW MODE!!!

I've always loved this configuration for Prime. I wish the slot was a little farther back, it would look more natural, but it still works, and gives us a great look at what a modern Savage Claw mode could be!
