Seen this this afternoon on Facebook, I don't remember who's the original poster.
But, we finally see that Wildrider's backpack can be collapsed on his back a-la-CW style.

That's probably the ID number for the test shot, it won't be on the final release.

Alright, thought it was something like that.

I swear they showed this off in the reveal stream like how they showed off Elita's being collapsible? It's nice to see stock photography with it, but persoanlly, I don't have any issue with the splayed out version

Exactly. Talk about a nitpick (although I will be using the backpack version lol)

The reason there are two variations is so fans will all be pleased. Some will liked it collapsed, and some will like it "splayed out" better. Also, if it couldn't collapse, It wouldn't be able to transform.

I got Drag Strip yesterday, and he's pretty nice. I was unsure how I felt about the Legacy Stunticons dropping Combiner Wars compatibility, but I ended up liking Legacy Drag Strip a lot more than the Combiner Wars version, he works better as a standalone figure than many Combiner Wars Deluxes do. Something I noticed is that there's no section in the instructions on how to separate the vehicle mode for the combination, I'm guessing that will be part of Motormaster's instructions.

It looks to be something that happens when you plug the arm bots into the frame as sort of a auto morph.

The new stunt icons look almost perfect, likely best we'll ever get from :HASBRO: anyway! That original combiner wars dragstrip/mirage mold was terrible in my opinion. >:oP

I actually may get it and leave it in alt-mode.

The alt mode is the mode I didn't like as much, but ok. Nevermind the alt mode is fine.

First Look at Transformers Legacy Core Class Shockwave

Felow Seibertronian RodimusPrimeUkraine1 sent us this image of the back of Legacy core class Shockwave's box. It is our very first look at the toy. While we knew of this toy for a good while now, it always threw fans for a loop since not only were we getting a core Shockwave in the SS line but Hasbro had already released a G1 styled Shockwave of that size in Combiner Wars. Well, now it makes sense since that toy's engineering can be seen repeated here. It is rather distinctive from the previous toy though with new accessories turning the gun alt mode into a ship similar to the Siege version. Check the photo below along with the case breakdown of the wave 2 core class assortment.

Iguanas x1
Optimus Prime (repack) x1
G2 Megatron x2
Shockwave x2

Even if it wouldn't have really done it justice, I was honestly hoping it'd be Shockwave from the Unicron Trilogy. But I'll still probably pick this up as a cute "Mini Me" for the Siege Shockwave I've got anyway.

Do wonder if it can combine with the Leader Siege Shockwave in Battleship mode, other than that it looks promising (looks like he lost both arms in the process? )

Look closer, there’s clearly a hand holding the dish.

I hope they'll be able to sneak in a 5mm peg so he can be held as a gun. I have the PE upgrades for Bruticus and it doesn't allow TR Soundwave to be held without a cumbersome attachment.

But is it a full hand, or more of a claw like Energon Shockblast had? If so, they covered that homage twice, since the satellite dish could be seen as an homage to UT character's alt being a satellite. Or is the dish supposed to look like something more specific?

Looks like a proper right fist with a 3mm hole to me. I highly doubt it can turn into a gun, as the bot's chest is at the bottom of the space cruiser mode, and there's no hidden 5mm peg to flip out from the chest.

Theoretically Hasbro can design a flip-out 5mm peg at the back of the torso. But looking at the picture, in space cruiser mode the radar dish is pegged to the bot's back, meaning the 3mm hole would be on the 5mm peg. That's not gonna happen.
