Usually, those have a rectangle peg hole inside their palms. Some figures can't hold their guns anyway, but many other have those pegs being rock solid. Mileage varies.

Also worth noting that it looks like Rodimus is similar to ER Prime and Kingdom Primal in the sense that they have the 5mm port as the majority of the hand, rather than relying on the fingers to hold accessories

I remember that Rodimus instantly had a more mature face...
But this figure got it wrong... So I’ll change my previous statement to “it just looks odd”.
I wish it looked more like any of those stills shared in that previous post.

I’ve said it about a couple of the RED figures, SS86 Kup, & Kingdom UM,
but especially with having SS86 Hot Rod, I’m standing firm with the decision that the only way I’ll get Rodimus is if he’s on a really good sale. I just can’t justify $80-$90 when I still will be getting:

Huffer
Galvatron
Sweeps (x2; glad I didn’t get 2-3 Scourges now!)
ER Bluestreak (thanks to SGMLord Mirage)
Siege Springer (going back for him)
Slag

and possibly:
Weirdwolf (if I see him again)
Kingdom UM
Wreck-gar
Gnaw
ER Sideswipe & Dinobot

That $$ is going to possibly pay for a few off either of these lists!!

The thumb forms the 5mm hole, the fingers just cover the open end of it.
I'd personally like if this became a more frequent occurrence (since Hasbro's all but stopped doing the normal open-grip hands)

I had hopes for this figure, but after seeing photos of it, I’m having my doubts of it.

Using my SS86 Hot Rod for reference, it looks as thought this Rodimus’ height is about on par with Siege Ultra Magnus.

I wonder if the very slight differences between Hot Rods and Rodimus' animation look has to do with the fact that they didn't really know what to do; they didn't want to have another leader with a face plate.

That SeaSalt99 account on Instagram has more pics of Galvatron's accessories. The Matrix is another repaint of the Earthrise Matrix and the chain accessory is removable. Cool.

To anyone who has the Kingdom Magnus, is he worth replacing my Siege version for? Still on the fence but I don't want both!

Do you want a more clean and G1 accurate Magnus? If yes, then it's worth it. If not, then no.

If you like the cartoon look yes. If you're like me, I'll buy anything Ultra Magnus.

I have to say that I love this Rodimus figure. I do agree with a few others that he has a small bit too much greebling stuff, not smooth enough, details. For what its worth though, I'm gonna skip it. My personal reason is that I have, the near perfect, SS86 Hot Rod w/legend Hot Rodimus' targetmaster and in my headcanon 4th season Rebirth/Headmasters/Beast Wars/headcanon combo/colab collection, that is his current state. Roddy looks great for the most part and if I just collected all characters or something, besides my headcanon 4th season, then I would gets him for sure. This is truly a new golden age for Transformers collectors.

EDIT: Oh also; I just got in Kingdom Beast Megatron and he is awesome. I didnt collect, but watched, Beast Wars. I was in High School and College at the time and generally had other female things on my mind. But now having a chance to collect updated better versions in Kingdom, along with the BW: Uprising TFCC figures, has been super sweet. I hope the rubber parts last and after transforming him, I luv both modes. Everything in Kingdom has made me happy so far.

I don't think so about the redeco part. They do look similar, but Galvatron's Matrix ever so slightly narrower, the pentagonal indents are slightly deeper, and the biggest difference is that the hole is round on Prime's, but hexagonal on Galvatron's. Same CAD file I'm guessing, but slightly adjusted.

You got some good eyesight lol I didn't notice a single difference but now that you pointed it out I see them plain as day :BANG_HEAD:

This is exactly my thought, same CAD file just slightly altered, probably because I'm guessing Galvatron's has a 5mm peg hole in the back to stick to the chain rather than just being open for lighting.

Didn't realize the two Revenges actually have painted details on them, from the leaks we've seen I thought they were unpainted. Looking at the Seibertron gallery for Unicron's Autobot shuttle I thought the lack of paint would clash on the display stand, but this is a relief. I'm sticking one with Unicron and the other with ER Megatron to act as his G1 toy gun.

Hell yes I will be as my 2011 MP Hasbro Rodimus Prime that converts to Hot Rod card (don't get me started on how dumb a move that was) cuz he will scale PERFECTLY with Studio Series 86 Hot Rod whom I have and love :BOT: :HASBRO: ;)^

If you much absolutely have the G1 Earth look, get the Kingdom. But the huge arms and hands are pretty in-your-face for the Kingdom vehicle.

Personally, I find the Siege way superior. Combiner Wars Ultra Magnus is my "Earth Mode" Magnus. The Siege have extra guns, and I adore his vehicle mode that is a direct hommage to the old R.I.D cartoon from the 2000's.

Still, if you are indeed on the fence on getting Kingdom Magnus, GET BOTH. Because there's so much remolding everywhere, it's almost a new mold altogether. I say keep your Siege, and wait for a sale for Leader Magnus.

Take with a grain of salt etc etc but y'know

EDIT: for those not wanting to click the link, they lead to two figures called "Golden Deluxes". Those two figures are Terrorsaur and Ranger Puffer (Road Ranger?)
Their descriptions are weird so this could somehow be a fake listing.

So, what are the odds Terrorsaur's like Ironhide/Ratchet, Impactor, and Hoist/Trailbreaker and is a tall deluxe class figure, if the listings are real?

The chances for them being bogus is quite low.

Doing a history check on the listings....

The listings where added by Amazon them selves into their system on January 12th.

They both have hidden Prices on Amazon AU.

Puffer Ranger: $77 AUD

Terrorsaur: $34 AUD

And Finally they both have Registered Hasbro Product numbers and Registered EAN’s that were submitted by Hasbro UK.

Terrorsaur
EAN: 5010993914487
Product Number: F2813

Ranger Puffer:
EAN: 5010993914456
Product Number F2810

Oh and if you guys think these product descriptions are wonky. It’s a Amazon Au thing. It’s not just transformers, they also have some funky product descriptions on some upcoming products for Marvel legends and Ghostbusters too.

Another example though.

Here’s the listing for the upcoming Ark I shared yesterday on Amazon UK.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08XBS2S33/ ... Z9VTYQT116

Here’s the Amazon Au version.

https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08XBS2S33 ... Z9VTYQT116

It’s product description has Kingdom Ultra Magnus’s.

The two listings also have a recommended age of "8 months - 1 years", when the safety information on the same page reads "Choking Hazard -- Small parts. Not for children under 3 years."

I think it's just an Amazon thing. Pretty sure Kingdom wave 1 or 2 had generic listings on Amazon for a while and I know for a fact the Battlemaster Doublecrosser had the wrong name and description when I purchased him last year.

Possible New Terrorsaur Toy Incoming

Greetings Seibertronians! Fans of Beast Wars were overjoyed to learn that the Beasts were coming to the third, and final part of the War for Cybertron Trilogy, a few absentees were quickly noticed from the leaked toy breakdowns. Well one of them may be heading our way after all!

Thanks to fellow Seibertron user, Nuclearxpotato, and with further details added by JTPrime17, we've learned of two new Listings that have been added to amazon.au (the Australian branch of everyone's favourite conglomerate). These listings talk about 'Golden' Deluxes Terrorsaur and Ranger Puffer!

Image

Image

The extra details added by JTPrime17 include the hidden prices of these two deluxes as well as EANs and product numbers.

JTPrime17 wrote:Doing a history check on the listings....

While Terrorsaur needs little explaining, being one of the Core Season 1 cast Predacons missing (along with Tarantulas), Ranger Puffer needs a little more detail. The hidden price seems to indicate that it might be a multi pack of figures, and Puffer is a little known character that will utilise the Kingdom Wave 2 Deluxe Class Huffer mold. Ranger on the other hand is an unknown as there is a character called Ranger who hails from the Japanese Transformers Super God Masterforce anime and toyline (being part of the Japanese G1 continuity). Ranger was a redeco of the Powermaster Joyride.

The listings themselves read a bit strange but that is normal placeholder text until the real description is wrote and added.

What do you think about these listings? Hoping for a completely new mold for Terrorsaur?
