Is this armor barely hanging there, or does it stay solidly?
The article doesn't say.

If Paleotrex get on clearance before Transmutate comes out, I'll see for myself.

Theoretically 6 of those 8 numbers could be the Wave 4 figures, but Hasbro tends to put exclusives in a middle chunk of the numbering system and then end with the last retail wave, so those 8 are presumably exclusives (assuming Hasbro doesn't SKIP A NUMBER AGAIN).

In terms of exclusives that should be coming, we've had a mix of rumors/leaks for (not including the Golden Disc figures, in case they aren't numbered like the Galactic Odyssey sets):
-Sideswipe & Nightprowler
-Mirage & BW2 Skywarp
-Whatever the Kingdom 4-pack contains
-BW Grimlock? (He was initially rumored to come with Sideswipe, whether he's still in the cards we don't know)

If those 3 multipacks individually number the figures they come with (like the Siege Target exclusives & Fan Vote set), then that's all 8 figures. If at least one of them has one number for the whole set, not each figure (like the Earthrise exclusives), then we've for certain got exclusive figures coming we still don't know about.

I could be totally off but my initial guess is that 31-32 will be wave 4 Core Class ( no leaks as far as I know). 33-36 are wave 4 Deluxe (Pipes, Shadow Panther, Slammer, Waspinator) 37- Voyager Tigatron, and 38;the Walgreens exclusive Sideswipe. Some of the numbers may be variable, but that's my guess
All other exclusives will be 40 and up.

Just a small correction, but the Walgreens 2021 exclusive is said to be Earthmode Red Alert, not Sideswipe.

I do wonder if we're going to get any more uses of the Earthmode Sideswipe mold, like another release of Tigertrack and Deep Cover, or will those characters have to make do with the "Cybertronian" version of the mold? For that matter, since we know we're also getting an Earthmode repaint of Siege Mirage, can we get the same for Hound? I love the Siege mold, but he's one of last odd bots out for a proper Earth mode with no battle damage and screen accurate paint detailing. The only retooling Siege Hound really needs would be new wheels, I think. Everything else can pass as a terrestrial military jeep as is.

There is a rumour for earth mode deep cover next year in Selects, nothing on Hound though

I've been hearing odd things about Kingdom cheetor regarding his neck fur that can break. Has anyone here fallen victim to his neck breakage or is this mod always recommended as a precaution?

I did forget about Red Alert, this is true, and the Walgreens figures from the past 2 parts of the trilogy were smack in the middle numbering-wise, so he's probably one of those numbers. However, I'm still fairly certain that those missing numbers don't belong to Wave 4, since both Siege and Earthrise had a big chunk of exclusives take up space in the numbering system in the middle of the retail waves and this chunk of missing numbers seems to line up with that pattern, and because there aren't enough Wave 4 figures to fully fill that gap since Wave 4 Core Class is all-but-guaranteed to be repacks and/or non-existent due to the combo of no leaks, leakers saying it'll likely be repacks, and the smaller lines almost always not having a full 4 waves of product.

ZeroWolf wrote:There is a rumour for earth mode deep cover next year in Selects, nothing on Hound though
...I saw people speculating that the Selects Deep Cover that's out at this point would be an earth mode version before we saw it, but nothing about us getting a third Deep Cover next year, I find that questionable.

I'm pretty sure the Earth Deep Cover rumor was for the currently released Selects one that leakers misinterpreted as having an Earth mode instead of the Cybertronian one it actually has

New In-Hand Images of Transformers War for Cybertron Trilogy Tricranius Blast Power

Greetings fellow Seibertronians!

Instagram user tonezone.mp4 has posted in-hand images of the upcoming Hasbro Pulse exclusive release, Generations Selects Tricranius. The figure is a lava-themed redeco (and minor retool) of Kingdom Ractonite, and as such turns into a skeletal triceratops. The photos show off the figure’s new red and black deco and highlight the new sculpting, in particular on the beast mode head. We also get an excellent shot of the new Maximal symbol on the figure's head. Tricranius comes with a suite of blast effect parts, and the images give examples of the excellent compatibility these have with the fossilizer.

Thinking of picking up your own Tricranius, or are you happy with your Ractonite? Excited to try out blast effect parts with your Seige Weaponizers? Let us know in the comments below!

I got kingdom megatron and airrazor from pulse today
The smell of megs rubber reminded me of my Zurg from back in the day with his water gun arm

Fiddling with airrazors wings I already got a stress mark :( no more backbending of the wings to make them more compact

I haven't seen any stress marks on my copy's wings at all. Must have gotten lucky then if it's a common issue, but my copy of Dinobot does have stress marks on his left foot from where they put the pin in

If it happens, it seems to happen the first time you fold the wings back or upwards, depending on the orientation of the figure.

I wanna say my Dinobot has a problem with one of his feet as well, it's very loose. He still stands just fine but the front part of the foot flops around if I lift him up

I think so as well, one of my copy's wings was wedged weirdly in the package and ended up getting put in a position that put a lot of stress on it when trying to bend it back to normal. She's fine now and the stress mark hasn't grown since the original incident. I'm very cautious handling figures after my Lifeline lost some panelage, however.

Oof that's unfortunate, I'm still really looking forward to her, I always loved the design and am stoked to see it in plastic. I think my Dinobot has a stress mark on one of the thighs, it doesn't seem to want to close all the way either. C'est la QC sometimes. :P

It was a nice surprise to get the Powerdashers as repaints of the Siege Weaponizers a few years ago. I assumed that we would see some other oft-forgotten G1 toy-only characters in Earthrise and/or Kingdom, but nothing as yet. I'd love to get the Omnibots at least. It might take some more extensive retooling to get the looks right, but I bet it wouldn't be too hard to make a new Camshaft, Downshift, and Overdrive from some of the existing or upcoming War for Cybertron Trilogy molds. Earthrise Wheeljack for Camshaft, Kingdom Tracks for Downshift, and Earthrise Bluestreak for Overdrive, perhaps? I would still like the other Autobot Targetmasters too, Pointblank and Sureshot. We've been waiting a long time for those. At least we have an official Crosshairs from Siege.

Well we did get the Micromaster Stations with Robot Modes in ER, (Modulators) so that was pretty cool. But yeah, definitely the Omnibots, and some more obscure characters with modern updates would be nice. I still want to see late Original Series Combiners, but that will most likely appear in selects if ever.

To add my own testimonial to the BW QC talk, just so there aren't only negative examples: I've gotten my hands on all the show cast released so far minus Cheetor (waiting to find the Netflix one), and the only issues I've had are that one tab breaking on Blackarachnia the night I got her, and one of the leathery panels on Megatron's tail-arm fighting with me occasionally when going from T-rex to bot mode, nothing figure-ruining and no stress marks on Airazor's wings.

Remember how confident everyone was at the beginning of Earthrise that we'd definitely get the Omnibots as that line's Powerdasher equivalents? Fun times. Still, if they got made and they looked good, I'd bite, but I've got no attachment to them to motivate me otherwise.
