Remember you are one of the 1% of the Seibertronians who actually likes that figure. Things cam get brutal here.

Pfft...please. I picked this name when I joined here over 21 years ago when most of the fandom still despised Rodimus due to their misguided disdain for the loss of Optimus Prime. I'm all about rebelling.

And yes, I would like that mold used for Ariel, and to answer Sabrblade, I would have liked the 3rd figure included for the price the set is now, or a miniscule increase at the most.

Maybe in your own mind.
The ER Arcee mold was liked enough to be released twice, repainted once, and to be fused with the old T-30 mold.

Don't think what YOUR tastes are the same as everyone else's.

I think they are more parroting what others have said, as Rodimus Prime himself said he was 1% that liked it (tongue in cheek) hence the what was said

After all these years, I think they finally nailed Trion, a sweep redeco as he was always meant to be. I was also wondering if the limb-removability was carried over from Kip, and these photos definitely confirm that. Just have to decide between this set or more SG figs.

She actually had a lot of new parts as Elita-1, not just a repaint. But I doubt they'll be revisiting that mold again otherwise they wouldn't have made the SS86 version.

I like to think that Orion was such a nice guy that he decided to bring snacks to work for everyone, but then he got excited about meeting Megatron and forgot to put them down. Then when he got blasted he still had a death grip on them, but Alpha Trion was fine with that because old people love hard candy.

Now that we finally have the best Alpha Trion we're likely to ever have who wants to start petitioning Hasbro for an A-3 figure?

Emerje

I actually would like A-3 and Beta figures.

I really want to say no to getting that set, since I adore my TR Alpha Trion and technically have PotP Orion, but it keeps looking good, and I do want Vector Sigma and the Key.

I'm also OK if Legacy just becomes a standard line that lasts year after year. SS already does that and has for 4 and a half years. Legacy can do it too, and that name makes sense for using characters from anywhere and everywhere.

Anyways, Metroplex is awesome. He is legitimately the best titan we have ever got, and it's really not even that close. Omega was good and is still the 2nd best, but metroplex is easily more fun, more posable, and more fun.

Amazing how my 2 favorite titans came out in the last year. Iaconus and Metroplex have reinvigorated the Titan class for me after Scorponok was kinda just there.

Also, I got my first 3 Wreckers figures now. Springer's rotor piece pin fell out in the package during shipping, but thankfully I found it and got it back in place, so just beware of that. I like the trio together. Hound is looking super cool and i still hope we get a proper Hound head for him. Twintwist's colors just scream coolness. Springer is a good bit of fun, I never got this mold originally, so it is nice to have it in Marvel colors with the Wrecker's symbol, helps him truly stand apart from the superior T30 figure that remains my definitive Springer.

I've always wanted an Alpha Trion...but not sure about the alt-mode. I don't mind so much that he looks like a sweep...I think it's the top of his head popping out that bugs me.

And I personally never like Orion Pax that much...though these pics reminded me just how small Generations figures got there for a while. It makes me want to line up all my figures by release year and class size...I imagine it's like a wave...sizes go down, then retails go up so the size can go up as well, and then they start shrinking again until the next price hike.

Yeah, we're just having fun. Though I did think only a small percentage of the fandom likes the ER Arcee mold.

Kip.

So are you saying that this is the best Legacy figure, replacing Jhiaxus? :-D

Quick question...at 11:35 in the background he has some sort of black truck as the chest for CW Menasor. I know CW Pipes and Huffer we're retools of a Legends Class Optimus Prime. But I don't think they made a Nemesis version did they?

...update

NM, I answered my own question ;)

https://www.seibertron.com/transformers ... me/3425/1/

I wasn't aware of this toy. I did the same fanmode using CW Huffer as the chest for the Wreckage combiner, and Pipes as the Chest for the Optimus Maximus combiner. If not for Blackjack filling that spot, having a tiny Nemesis Prime on Menasor looks pretty cool.

Lastly, BOTH Cybertron Metroplex' must have sold sometime this week at my closest Target, because they were gone. We'll see how many times he is restocked. It's a good start at least.

Mine I found in store over a week ago was a single one, meaning the second one of the case was restocked already once and another sold.

While the earthrise airlock ports on legacy metroplex have been known about for a while, I don't think I've seen any mention made of the fact that they are on flaps to make them have more a more roadlike connection! There isn't actually enough clearance to actually send most micromasters through the resulting tunnel due to protruding plastic bracing the mid shin connection; of the micromasters I have that weren't in deep storage, the siege police car and 4 earthrise racecar molds were the only ones short enough to fit. Other micromasters and/or older minicons might fit, but that's beyond my purview.

I have all three Arcee's. T 30, Earthrise (arcee, Paradon medic and elita) and the new SS, and no way is earthrise fused with the T 30 mold (I just looked at both side by side), if anything it is top T 30 and bottom new engineering and mold.

"Fused" was the impression I had. SS86 Arcee looks like a strange hybrid between the T-30 and ER molds.
I also forgot about Netflix Elita-1.

I'm pretty sure SS86 Arcee will be repainted/remolded into another character soon enough. I call SkyShadow because she's pretty due for her Earth mode.
