I thought the head was fine. Around he same size as skrapnel.

I am willing to bet anyone a steak dinner that BBTS will have these eventually.

I think the problem is, Bombshell's head/face when commonly depicted is essentially two red eyes, the bridge of a nose, and a close helmet visor for a jaw that extends to each shoulder pylon. He usually doesn't have too much of a defined head proper, it's usually sunken into his shoulders. So When here's a gap between the shoulder pylons and the head, like on combiner wars bombshell. it look smaller than it actually is.

I'm less certain, but not hung up on fine dining. It'd be nice if these don't wind up being a complete headache to acquire.

I do wish they would've switched around more than just the heads for Slingshot and Wildrider. Wildrider, at least, could've mixed parts from Dead End and Streetwise (SW's chest, thighs, gun maybe)

maybe i'm just getting too lazy or lack of time i have to spend going store to store but i find it a lot easier to just order everything online i have a better time finding it online anyway although if i'm at a certain store and they happen to have a figure i'm looking for then great but most times i'm not that lucky so i just ordered them should get them right after my b-day :D

It is possible the shells are incompatible. The core of the figure might be all that is shared.

I think they might have to basically make all the parts of each for that and then melt back down the unused parts, depending on what parts are on what mold sprue. Just a guess.

And I remember back when just getting a new head was something special. And even to back before that, to when it just plain didn't happen at all.

I find online shopping much easier too, but I don't get out much, so...

Video Review - Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Hasbro Asia Sticker Sheet

You might remember that exclusive sticker sheet that Hasbro Asia was promoting as a purchase incentive for Combiner Wars figures - thanks to YouTube reviewer TeamSKLeader, we get a nice look at this official add-on set, and find out its flaws and pros. There is a full list of videos showing them applied to the different figures, but the one embedded below shows the whole set, and general thoughts by our fellow fan!

Looks like a nice freebie.... but I gotta say I am LOVING the ones I got from Reprolabels a LOT more. Skydive was already my favorite combiner from this set... but the added details on the chest and arms really popped.

These... I don't know. They're ok, but they don't do much for me. Maybe the Silverbolt or Alpha Bravo ones since I don't have any add ons for them... yet.

Flashwave wrote:Uh, yeah no. RK says 39.8 for the two pack plus another 25 in shipping... So 65 for 2 deluxes or 33 each. (roguh rounding) Gonna have to think about that before I plunge. Paid worse in this hobby, but I don't mind the looks of Bravo or Offroad and am perfectly happy renaming them. I do kinda want Slignshot though, since I have a thing for Harriers

CapturedPrey.com has Brakeneck and Quickslinger for pre-order at $18.00 each. I pre-ordered one of each and with shipping, just under $45.00 for the two. Compared to what I normally pay for 3rd party figures, $45.00 for two Deluxe Class figures is chicken feed.

The biggest Issue with the decals is that they are the flat gray, and the overall quality of them are fairly mediocre. I have them on Superion and Menasor, and while they do look quite nice, closer inspection really shows the flaws that they have. Also of note, Prime does not have a set for himself. Only the Aerialbots and Stunticons do.One more note is that here in Singapore, the 'official' way to get them is to buy $50 worth of combiner wars figures in one batch. So while it technically can be considered a freebie, its actually a bit expensive in practice. >:oP

Strange question, but if anyone has Breakdown in hand... is there a way to transform him to better look like Sideswipe? If they're repainting him, I'd be really disappointed if he didn't have the classic car hood chest.

But Sideswipe is not one of the '84 Autobots who are getting CW figures. Only Ironhide, Sunstreaker, Prowl, and Mirage are.

I think I'm going to wait until BBTS or TFSource gets a hold of these guys. $65 for two additional figures I "technically" don't need is a bit too rich for my blood.

Here's to hoping Amazon gets a shipment.

OH! Guess I had Sunstreaker and Sideswipe swapped in my head due to the old G1 episode Masquerade. Thanks.

Nope, his chest doesn't do Sideswipe nor Sunstreaker. Only Dragstrip can turn around, of the Stunticon limbs.

Also, I found a better way to make Ultra Prime:

Image

I'm still waiting for Motormaster, Huffer and Blackjack to arrive in Malaysia, and hopefully the stickers too. It would just be a few hours to Singapore by bus, but I'd wait and see, seeing the dismal reviews of the stickers...

Image

One way to store your feests!

Cool turret.

Another way to pimp Optimus Prime. I imagine you'd be able to pull out Menasor's horns for Motormaster, too!

I may be in the minority here, but I've never liked stickers much, and I think the Combiner Wars fires I have so far are fine without them.
