I'm waiting for a select/netlix/whatever version of Wingfinger that will be made out of clear rubbery plastics to make the ultimate "radioactive" fossilizer combiner. 8-)

Sentinel_Primal wrote:Ah well, hopefully we get a repaint of Wingfinger as a Predacon so that we can have a purely good Fossilizer combiner and purely bad Fossilizer combiner. Either way, it'll be interesting to see where the Weaponizer/Modulator/Fossilizer concept goes Post-WFC. I think current rumors suggest it's going away, but HasTak KNOWS how popular they are, so I can't imagine they'd just completely get rid of them

I'm almost certain we will get a Predacon repaint of Wingfinger. I want the same thing (2 faction-aligned fossilizer combiners). As for the concepts popularity...I certainly would like it to continue, but who knows. I know there were a lot of fans that were eager to complete their micromaster collections, and that didn't happen. Legends Class was gone for 2 years, comes back as Core Class, but now serves a different purpose. A LOT of smaller characters don't really have a way to be represented now (except through upsizing them to deluxe which I'm still not fond of)...but that's just me.

Kingdom Galvatron just hit my BBTS Pile o' Loot and I wonder if it is a "fixed" version or not. I'm both blind and stupid, and I honestly don't see much of a difference in how the shoulders sit. I know people who did get theirs already from BBTS and it is not "fixed" so who knows. I'll probably ship him out today and post pics as soon as I get him.

That is the ideal.

Meanwhile, I got an invoice for Kingdom Galvatron (not for me) from Kapow on Saturday. Who still lists him as a pre-order available in September? :-?

Thanks for the news about the new core class figs.
Picked them at the local target today
Also saw Rhinox at the walmart across the street from target too.
I think it's the first time I've seen him in my area

I agree one can't really tell on first sight, but once you see them together it slaps you in the face. :BLACKEYE:

NOTE: I wouldn't recommend this manner of fixing (especially if you don't know your strength), as it has a high risk of damaging the upper arm parts. Wiggling the rivet out like that is NO guarantee.

Not only is Kingdom Rhinox actually bigger (well, taller) than Generations Rhinox, it's also based directly on his Forged to Fight design (which was itself a stylization of Generations Rhinox in the first place).

Speaking as someone who never watched BW and is thus buying figures based on how much I like the design, I do like T30 Rhinox more than this one. That said, I'd much rather buy this one for $30 than T30 Rhinox for $100 on eBay.

With the waist pulled out the T30 is nearly a match heightwise.

It ain't like I don't have them preordered (and Galvatron is already showing up within 50 miles of me). But I would've liked to grab a Rodimus guaranteed on July 1.

That is a wise move, especially since the T30 figure did have some QC issues. I'm not sure how widespread they are, but mine has loose knees and and only stand in a few poses. Paying $100 for that would really suck.

Of the toys yet to be shown for Kingdom, which are you most excited to see? For me, it's Tigatron, really curious to see how he turned out.

Picked up Rhynox last night in Glen Burnie, MD.

I'm excited for Tigatron, too. Especially since he's still vapor. I have to say, though, I can't wait to get Rodimus more than anything.

Definitely want to see any and all Tigatrons, thats top of the list

Though I'm also curious to see the new character, slammer I think? The turtle? Hopefully there's a retool into snapper at some point if the designs are similar enough

Curious about pipes too

Man if BW characters continue in the next lines, id love a transmetal Tigatron update. That botcon figure was always way too expensive online for me

Tigatron and Waspinator are the only things from general retail wave 4 I plan on buying, but I may also get Shadow Panther if it looks decent enough, and maybe re-purpose it as Ravage. If we're still getting the Amazon "Golden Disk" Terrorsaur that was leaked a while back I'll buy that too.

For me, it's Blaster, Slammer, and Pipes, in that order

I forgot about Blaster. Blaster is above even Tigatron. I'm sure Pipes will be fine. Hurry up and take my Blaster money, Hasbro!
