1 - Purple, 2 - tiny silver double barrelled gun. One of the most expensive G1 parts on the secondary market because it's so easy to lose. I'm on my phone so it may be a resolution thing, but I can't find it in any of the images. It'd be almost cruel if it's not included :/

Mine uses D cells I am curious to see if they have changed that. Also want to see if the motors are still loud. Since the news came out I have been looking my original I got as a kid and am giving serious thought to getting an updated version.

It's pretty impossible to discern, but here's the front of the box with a picture of the batteries.

You mean this right? It's so small that it might be there in the box obscured by something else. Trypticon uses 2 C batteries in his tail to walk & for his spinning guns & radar, & 1 AA for the tank/Brunt's cannon light. My brother has an old vintage one which works, but I always wondered if Brunt's light was meant to flash or just stay on. I'd want a new one myself, but $200.00 is steep for me. Still, a full-on G1 Trypticon with his correct colors, functioning mechanicles, & all his accessories, is hard to pass up. I hope Scorponok is the next city-bot or Dai-Atlas or OverLord (they're kind of city-bots).

I'm definitely interested and want it because of nostalgia, but uh...the asking price is too much for my wallet. I'm not saying it's not worth it, it's just not worth it to me.

It looks nice, though, really nice.

This is good for collectors, old and new, who missed the opportunity like 29 years ago.

Since we've been seeing a lot of 'cons lately, anyone hunkering for a Skyquake re-issue?

Can see the appeal in Trypticon. He's kinda unique with the electronics and fun dino design in that size. Can't say the same for the coneheads. I thought they were junk even when I was a kid. Forgivable if it was one toy but there were 6 of the seeker types to collect back then. Nice plane modes though.

From the pictures I've seen....it looks like Trypticon comes with all accessories including the connectors for Onslaught & Motormaster to expand in city mode

Yeah now that I'm on a PC I can see the Full Tilt gun. It's in the very top right of the box in front of one of the ramps

You never got them off Lena? They were selling for about 25$ a piece I think, maybe missing some accessories. I am not fond of the molds and I saw them as simply novelty items so I never looked into them much.

It also helps that one of the touring locations that the KoU performed at was indeed "Trypicon Dinobase - Planet Chaar".

I've noticed that. Same with the SDCC Dinobot set.

Unfortunately, I doubt the same will hold with SDCC Devastator.

I never saw Lena with all four, just a lot of Soundwave's and Jazz's. Besides, with a set like that you really need the big bitchin box
