Maybe wheeljack might be a zombie too if that's the route they go with the seeker. Seems strange to pass up on doing ghost starscream but that's probably spoiler pack 3 (and at the same price of a leader spoiler pack :().

Looks like Voyagers are starting to show up in the United States...

https://www.reddit.com/r/transformers/c ... l_walmart/

I haven't even seen the Deluxes Yet, most of my Walmarts are clogged with Cyberverse and SS. Plenty of empty pegs for Generations. I'm glad they don't share the same shelf space, but when something is THIS popular, you think they would order more of it, and less of the other lines... oh well.

The Hotlinks and Megatron's are disappearing , so I'm hopeful to at least see Prime, or if my Partner here seems him first...that works also..

Lastly, someone here previously mentioned if Walmart puts something on clearance, they don't intend to get any more. Does that mean they don't even intend to carry the 2nd Spoiler ox in store, since #1 was clearanced so quickly? I mean I got mine online already, but just asking for anyone who hopes to see it at an actual store...

All I know is my Wal-Mart just reset the toy aisle and there's no spot for a spoiler box.

Well, Optimus is available on Wal-Mart.com, and I just bought mine. He should be here in about 5-6 days.

I'm still on delayed for Elita-1, and I haven't seen her or anyone else that isn't wave 1 (in any line) in the 5 stores near me yet.

I have seen Wheeljack and only Wheeljack in any stores by me. He appears to be the Hound of wave 2, as he was hanging out by a couple Hounds in each case.

Netflix Transformers Wave 2 Optimus Prime and Soundwave 3 packs Found at US Retail

Fellow Seibertronians o.supreme and TF-fan kev777 have reported that the second wave of voyagers from the Walmart exclusive Transformers Netflix series have been found in the US. Both the Soundwave and Optimus three packs (they each come with 2 smaller toys) are just shy of $40. While these are in Netflix boxes, they aren't related to the show. Optimus is the Earthrise toy (he has his Siege body in the Earthrise cartoon) in his original toy colours while Soundwave is an excusive retool of the Siege toy that makes him turn into a casette player. These have been found in various states in the pat few days like Utah (where the in store image was taken from) and Michigan.

They cancelled a order that wasn't even "pre".
So eh. Whenever I'll order anything from Walmart, I'll assume that I have 50% chance of not getting anything.

A miracle that I was able to order Omega Supreme a few months back.

Well, this doesn't seem to be specific to Walmart - it has to be Hasbro. I JUST got an email that Amazon cancelled the preorder I had for their exclusive Paradron Medics 2-Pack with RATCHET and Lifeline that I preordered in October and they had set to deliver TODAY. This is after having the Amazon exclusive Prowl / Ironhide 2-Pack delayed twice.

I can't believe Hasbro is making so many of their core character figures be exclusives and so limited. One of the first two Transformers I got for my birthday in July 1984 was Prowl - it's as core as it gets. Luckily the other (Sunstreaker) is available everywhere.

Is there any way Hasbro will listen to us to cut this out? It's bad enough when Amazon sends Deluxe figures in bubble mailers and they packages get beaten up.

Wow, those look great.
Too bad there's no damn room for them on the shelves due to the stupid slight Megatron/Skywarp repaints that have been clogging shelves for a year now.

Its Walmart, there is always room, they will just pile them on top. I'm being serious, that is exactly where I found mine, on a pile of Megatrons and Hotlinks.

Fortunately they have been dwindling, at least in my area. Whereas before most stores in my area had 6-8 Netflix Voyagers, Now they are down to about 3 or less. Each store is different. Some make piles of incoherent mess, some keep their overstock up above, and some are content to have empty space and never order anything for some reason....

Lately I've seen Walmart stock up on Cyberverse and SS (overflowing with those, they just aren't selling). The only Earthrise or Netflix has been a few Voyagers or Leaders, but Most stores in my area cant keep deluxes of ER or Netflix in stock, they sell as quick as they come in....

Oh yeah, and a few RED and Re-Issue Blasters in their for good measure ;)

Found mine last night too. They weren’t on shelves but someone had already opened a few of the cases in the pile so there were a few Optimus and a Soundwave spread all over the floor. Both are really great, Soundwave looks good with the smooth design and I love the colors on Optimus next to the Earthrise release - I can actually see his eyes now lol. But also the dark blue reminds me of the original toy too which is nice and I like the contrast better. Also the unpainted blue hands are nice and I kinda like that his upper arms and inner shoulders are the same blue. Looks better than I expected. Just need Bee now

According some people around here (and Chris Feely, apparently), Prowl is just some guy that happened to be from 1986.

As far as the reason Prowl, Ironhide AND Ratchet got made as exclusives, I can only guess budgets.

I thought it was more to do with varying up what was on store shelves so that they couldn't have the accusation if just repeating the same characters over and over again. Hence why Smokescreen got the retail release this time.

I think it may be a little of both. For prowl, to vary who was an exclusive last time. For Ironhide and Ratchet, I suspect the extra plastic pushed them too heavy for a regular deluxe release, so they had to be paired with a lighter deluxe in a 2 pack to balance things out. The siege versions were already on the heavy side for the amount of plastic before the new roof piece was added in.

Hasbro's decision with Prime and now Soundwave are so puzzling.

These two voyagers are technically the toys everyone has wanted for a decade. A representation of G1 Prime and Soundwave in the CHUG scale. No gimmick, no reinterpreted alt mode, no battle damage, just straight up G1 in the scale most collect. And yet the "siege" take on these molds/characters creeps up on them. I am so baffled that the G1 Soundwave retool keeps the siege forearms with landing gear. I know it's all cost, same with Prime's leg mode assembly, but we finally have these versions out, you'd think they would do the extra task of making them uncompromised since that's the whole point of these figures.

Anyways, my other issue with Soundwave is the ratchets on his armpits which are just too wide apart. I have no clue why ratchets were used, it's not like there is weight on the arms needing support.

They are both nice toys and nice versions (the best?) but these vestigial elements are such a drag.
