The aligned versions used purple on a lot more parts as a secondary color.

It's not cheap if it's intended to be a reference to this:
Cheap would of been a straight up redeco of Prowl with no new parts or head and no new paint layouts, which this Barricade has even if it's obvious their planned for a Smokescreen reuse at a later time.
