It's exclusive but shouldn't be limited. I don't think we've had anything labelled as limited in a long time.

I have not seen any Legacy cores past wave 1.

Who'd left who hasn't got a modern toy? A-3, Steeljaw, and Sea Spray's girlfriend right?

Alpha Trion has 2 toys from the last 10 years.

Nice, hope he ends up matching the Botcon one, that was a more unique seeker

Not old man Alpha Trion, his younger self, A3.

I'm mostly worried that it's an SDCC or Fan Fest exclusive like Dion and Erial are rumored to be. Though, they do seem to have gone the route of making enough so the stock lasts a while if Orion and Alpha Trion are any indication

Ravage and the Alpha Trion/Orion were readily available well after their respective conventions, I think this set will be the same. If I wanted, I could have bought both during big Hasbro Pulse sales too, but I already had Ravage and did not want Trion/Pax

Ehhhhh, kinda? But made to order is a whole different matter. I would consider them different than a limited release.

I mean, they're still one-time-only releases given only to those who were able to contribute to their single production run in a single period of time, and everyone else who, for whatever reason, failed to make that very specific deadline are SOL, needing to resort to the higher secondary market prices in hopes that enough flippers contributed to the production run to have enough left over for those who missed out to still get a more expensive one.

Yeah, but by the nature of how they're produced crowdfunded figures are unlimited. They'll make as many as there are orders and nearly everyone in the world can take part, the only limit is time. They don't become limited to a specific number until the campaign is over, but the same can be said for any figure that's out of production.

I really hope we get Nacelle in the Thrust mold and not the Tetra Jet mold. I would have picked up Red Wing had it not been for that mold. #-o :VEHI:

I'm hoping Nacelle ends up having the dark navy blue and dark gray I saw in a specific google image result. I would even like it if the red stripe on the wings was more of a maroon/auburn.
Regular red, white and blue will look too basic, elementary, and "good guy" for me.

Looking forward to Shrapnel showing up from Amazon this Monday...
Now, black elbows and fists, and the back of the torso being purple and not black are all a little disappointing. Considering the engineering isn't crazy, the parts count can't be that high, Hastak will get another use of the base mold, AND the fact that this figure is this character's first deluxe class update ever... Just seems like Hastak should've taken the extra steps to do this completely right with the correct colors in those places.
And still, I'm really happy with him overall and am excited to finally add this guy to my collection. The bug mode is beautiful.

Here's Nacelle's Seibertron.com toy gallery for a full look at his colors.

First Look at Legacy Evolution Medix Box Art

We have an interesting bit of news to bring to you all. Thanks to Seibertronian fonziechavez for this. He recently received his order of Crosscut from Hasbro Pulse, who's a recolor of the Burnout version of the Legacy Skids mold. But as you can clearly see from the pictures below, his Crosscut figure was packed in the wrong box, instead of Crosscut's own. The box and box art belong to Medix, an Autobot brought into Legacy as a G1 version of the character from the Transformers Rescue Bots line. Medix is rumored to be this year's store exclusive for Walgreens, continuing their tradition of having an exclusive with a medical or science theme (Brainstorm, Ratchet, Minerva....(and for some reason, Bluestreak). Check out the pictures below!

As can be clearly seen from these images, Medix is a re-use of the Crankcase version of the Skids/Burnout/Crosscut/Crankcase mold, with the masked head originally used on Burnout from the Velocitron Speedia 500 line. He'll apparently come with translucent red versions of the weapons that originally came with Legacy Elita-1 and Minerva, as well as the grille-gun and pistol from Crankcase.

So what do you all think of this packaging error that gives us a first look at Medix's box? Has anyone else gotten any Legacy figures with similar mistakes? Let us know in the forums and the comments below!

It would have been funny if there was another Dion that's a repaint of the same line's Hot Shot down the road

Funny that Hasbro would "post a spoiler" themselves.

I'll have to hunt down that Medix at my local GameStop.

Medix: Walgreens exclusive for 2023, sure to be in stores by 2025… ;)

Also, if anyone still wants Minerva, get her while you can:

My local target has eight metalhawks in stock for some reason. The only other legacy evolution toys it has had in stock have been one Tarn and one Leo Prime, so that's great.

Thanks for posting. I saw one in the wild a few days ago and tried to go back yesterday and of course it was snatched up. Stores in big cities have a general problem with stocking in the best of circumstances let alone a collectible exclusive or anything like the debacle that has been every walgreen's release. That combined with the rent tax on instore purchases and it's a hard place for the fun of the hunt in collecting in any big city. Makes most places more like museums than viable places to look for stuff to buy in hobbies line tf's. Guess i'll get this one the same way i have every walgreen's exclusive i have.

Well it makes sense if you watched The Transformers: The Movie.

The "military strategist" Prowl and the "weapon specialist" Ironhide each used a single gun while fighting the Decepticons on the shuttle. Yet the medic Ratchet is dual wielding guns while fighting.

So Medix learned a valuable lesson. Two guns aren't enough, so better make it four with two shoulder cannons and maybe a chest cannon?. I mean, you can put a blast effect there to make it look like one. Maybe use one of those barrel extensions from Red Cog to make it official.

Just don't take the Autobot medics lightly.
