Bumblebee/Cliffjumper are supposed to be smaller than the rest of the mininots in the show. Brawn and Huffer are noticeably taller than them in shots when they are standing near them and the G1 size chart that is supposed to be used in general, shows them as being shorter. It was done intentionally, just like all the other minibots bigger than BB and Cliffjumper are taller in recent toy form. (Warpath, Cosmos, Huffer, Pipes etc.)

Armada Megatron, Axelgrease, and Beachcomber are my must haves from this. Armada Prime looks pretty good too will have to see how easy he is to get though.

Nemesis ship looks interesting but I would only really want it badly if I already had the Ark for the completionist in me, which I don't :(

Actually, Cliff was slightly taller than 'Bee, but I forgive them because a couple of inches is hard to do in 1/12th.

That Megatron is an amazing update, shame the inital Prime characters didn't get that.

I also like the Black Leo Convoy redeco.

While I'll still get it, Devcon is a disappointment. First official release ever and they couldn't give it a new mold? Where are the wrist guns? Maybe I'm remembering the character wrong but didn't it have a cape in some scenes?

Seems all but inevitable now that Tidal Wave will be a CC for 2024, especially since they teased future compatibility for Armada Megatron.

No cape. Devcon looks fantastic. Can't wait to finally have a proper Devcon in hand after almost 40 years. Man I loved him as a kid and I was just showing my 13 yo daughter the pics of this figure and how excited their Dad is finally having the chance to buy this figure after all of these years!

I forgot that one.

Actually, I tried to put it out of my mind...

Now I'm not exactly sure which one I meant. I'm sick. I blame the NyQuil.

I’m really excited about that Beachcomber. He looks incredible.
For being a smaller deluxe, they did a great job of filling out the bot mode; there isn’t any real hollowness or gaps I could see.

Devcon looks really good even being a heavy retool.
Had no idea of him, so no plan to get him…. I may not be able to pass on this one.

I’m not sold on the Nemesis yet…. The ship mode is pretty on point, but the bot mode doesn’t have me convinced yet.
But the same thing happened for me with the Ark, and I’m definitely glad I got him.
So we’ll see. Images of the finished figure should help.

Other than that, the other reveals are all passes.
None of them looked bad per se, but they definitely won’t make it into my collection.

I don't transform the ship I have. It stays a ship. They couldn't make it and not have it transform, and I get that - but I just want the ships. For me, it's an insta-buy, because as you say, the ship mode is on-point.

WHen I'm dead my kids or grandkids can transform it to their hearts content.

The Titan Nemesis is looking good, but its that impossibility to see into the future that irritates me...

Obviously the Titans for 2019 & 2020 were immensely popular being based on highly desired Original Series characters (Omega Supreme & Scorponok), These Titans also had 2nd release runs.

The last 2 years however.... The Ark (based on an original design), and Cybertron Metroplex (based on a character from another universe), clearly haven't had as much appeal. Of course the team on camera have to only say good things *The Ark was highly successful*, but the fact that BOTH of these have gone on sale for as much as 50% in some cases , tells another story.

Those who have The Ark (such as Myself) will clearly want the Nemesis as its...well *Nemesis" (pun intended). I can see some wanting The Nemesis just because it is an overall awesome design in both Ship & Robot Mode. But.... will enough people want it to make it hard to get?

Of course there is the possibility based on the past 2 years that Hasbro will produce fewer of them, so as to not have to put the excess on such extreme discount as often....

I bought The Ark at full price. While it is not nearly my Favorite Titan, I dont regret it. I got Cybertron Metroplex on a pretty significant Discount, and I still am not a fan of it. So I guess by that logic, since I actually do desire The Nemesis to some degree, I'll probably just pre-order as soon as it is available.

Stupid question, was Snarl ever available for PO? We're getting the arms and NOT the other leg?

I’m most likely with you on this…
Really, assuming I do buy her, she’ll stay in ship mode.
Now, still not an instant purchase for me; the bot mode has to at least help justify the cost.
But I’m already leaning towards preordering this when it’s possible.

I just watched that segment of the livestream again before starting this post, and I’m figuring out that the long arms and lower legs don’t bother me as they did initially.
I know a lot of these characters were designed with relatively human-esque proportions, but in a case like the Nemesis, I almost think the proportions should be less human-like.
This is the representation of a ginormous robot from outer space.
It also helps that there are no character animation models to compare this to and possibly get hung-up on.
I was hoping this would be good— it will be the last Titan I ever buy.
And I’m already thinking about how to build a diorama that allows the lower/underside tail fin to remain vertical…. Should be a fun project.

For me this does look better than the Ark.
I had confidence, but glad Hastak delivered the goods once again.

These look pretty good! Might pick up Axelgrease and Armada Megs. Already snatched a pre-order for Dirge, gotta make up for missing out on the 2 pack of course.
The Nemesis looks really cool, not sure if I'll have space for that though...
I really like how Beachcomber looks here, the parakeet is a very cute addition. I'm surprised they gave the pacifist a gun but I guess ol' Comber's gotta defend himself somehow huh? I think it's a neat inclusion anyway for the deluxe price and I like that they made it the bullbar like they did with Crankcase's grill section.

Also Devcon finally gets a juicier bone tossed his way, that's neat.

For Titans, I give myself till black friday to see if there's a discount. You could buy one if there is a sale within one month before then and if there is a bigger sale come black friday, then buy at that price and do a return.

Of course, it really didn't pan out that way for commander class figures like motormaster or skylynx. I waited for a decent deal and by black friday (which didn't get a great deal), they were just gone. But with Titans, it's worked out thus far.

And I like what you said about Metroplex, I feel that same way too about other toys. No matter how good a deal is, if I don't like the toy, then I won't like the toy.

Good point.
And in terms of these toys, the Nemesis bot mode in turn is also more interesting.

LOVE the Nemesis, and I'm practically tearing up over that Armada Megs! He's everything I could have ever wanted out of a modern take on the character, with all the posability. I'm hoping we get that Tidal Wave! Eat your heart out, CW Armada Megatron, you tried.

I feel some pang of pity for that mold. I didn't think it was a good toy, I didn't think it was a good Megs, and it wasn't a good Armada Megs either.
All it was good for was just being big. Even the articulation was woeful for a Combiner Wars era figure...

You said it perfectly right there. It just felt wrong.

ALSO, am I the only one who sees Ultra Magnus-esque shoulder stacks on that Dion toy? The tips on top, the square shape and texture, they all read Magnus. Could this be intentional allusion to the whole "Who did Alpha Trion rebuild Dion into?" thing?

That would be a funny detail, and would add up with Hasbro teasing lore like they did with Kingdom Cyclonus's description and the recent Rumble toys' spin on FIRRIB.

Although I think it's probably just to add some visual interest, maybe even for kids to have some extra play value with them by pretending they're cannons.

Out of all the preorders, I'll only get Devcon to replace my Botcon one. I want all the cartoon TFs and he's one of 'em and way better than the one I already have.

Is it blasphemy to say I'm still happy with my old 3rd party "minibots" from iGear? I have the titans one too, but I just don't feel like I need to replace any of the ones I already have.

Axlegrease. I appreciate that she's a female Decepticon Junkion. And yet with those colors she really doesn't look like a Junkion at all.

Nemesis is a must have, mainly to stand opposite to the Ark.

I wonder if that'll be it for Titans for me. I don't buy them all and they the ones that are in my area of interest.
