Starting a 'Wreckers' collection?

While looking through the UK sightings thread Va'al posted some very cool pic's of the awesome Generations Springer and that's when it hit me. Wreckers!
Now I'll be honest here and just say I've not read any of the IDW stuff so my knowledge of these guys is purely based on what I can remember from the original UK comics (which isn't a lot) A little bit of research online was a little conflicting as the line up seems to have changed a few times over the years. It looks like the mainstays of this group are Springer, Kup, Whirl, Roadbuster Top Spin, Twin Twist, Perceptor(?) and Impactor?
So the question is who should I get and what bot's do you have in your collections?
