Per the usual the
Transformers Columbia Facebook page provides us with official images of a new and previously unknown upcoming product, Transformers: Rescue Bots Silver Force Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. The two pack features non-transforming Optimus Prime and Bumblebee action figures with silver accents. Take a look at the images mirrored below:

"Silver" toys = Target-exclusives this year, probably even if it's not AofE.
Seriously, Target should have called their sub-line "The Ag of Extinction"
As far as quality of AofE exclusives go, I was going to give Target the bronze, behind TRU and WalMart...but I've yet to see ANY WalMart exclusives near me, so Target still comes in second. I know their Cyberverse guys have shown up in other states, but the Beast Wars repaints have yet to surface at all, yes?
As for these toys, it is kind of neat to see their saw blade and screwdriver looking like old-fashioned metal for a change.

I've actually got them in-hand, but I had to order them off of ebay to get them and they didn't come from the US. They're now lined up on my massive Beast Wars dinosaur mold shelf along with all the other variants and repaints of the various Beast Wars and Beast Wars Neo molds and their remolds/retools and repaints. Slug is actually a much darker tone of purple than Killer Punch, which was a nice surprise as I was thinking he might look too similar in color, but nope, yet another successful diverse repaint to be added to the collection (in addition to being based on the original mold, and not the unique retool that is Killer Punch)
