My Galaxy Force Vector Prime is the gold version and on his right shoulder plate there's some ugly smudging of darker paint around the area where the patterns/designs were painted black. How can I get rid of this? Thanks for advice.

Someone please help. ='( Does anyone who owns a Vector Prime also have had complaints about paintjobs? And in case anyone says that my model was a shoddy exception, I checked all the Vecotr Primes in the shop, all of them have a couple of faults one way or another.

Smudges are harder to get rid of. If you try and use a paint stripper (straight, or watered down) there is a good chance that you will also strip the original colour off too.
Trying to scrape the paint off with a blade will more often than not, turn out bad, either from scraping/chipping the original paint, scratching/scuffing/cutting the actual plastic, or even cutting yourself.
If this were the original vector Prime Figure, I would say go and get some white paint and do a slight touch up, but since its the Galaxy Force Vector Prime (which I hope you only paid $20 for from TRU) matching the colour up would be a tough thing to do.
Whatever you decide to do, there is a good chance that you will need to touch the paint up yourself anyway, so be prepared to run down to a hobby shop and pick up some yellow and bronze paints.

Yes I got Vector Prime at TRU for $20. I actually am really, really happy with it, it's just that if I can change the smudge, I will change it.
Thanks for the advice. Looks like I'll be blowing some cash on paints and a brush.
