did you acquire something recently thats just blown your mind? or not recently, but continues to blow your socks off?

for me it came out of left field. MP soundblaster.





from the moment he was unveiled here on the interwebs, i really went back and forth. i was just ok with it cause it was logical and unsurprising. then i loved it for some reason. then when in hand pics surfaced and his red window was faction-less i hated it. i ended up buying him anyways, just cause im an MP completest. then i got him, and thought he was cool but something was missing. i put the purple window on but didnt like it. soon after i was shopping on reprolabels and found the set for him. granted im not using anything but the faction symbol sticker, but it works sooo well. its gold outlined and clear, works perfectly and makes the entire figure work finally! i know its silly, but that simple little thing makes him one of my most favorite MP's!

so whats your favorite thing right now? tell us!

Favourite thing right now? I have a few. Though to pick one for simplicities sake, it would probably be Divebomb (repaint of cut-throat/windrazor) I love this mold, and I'm trying now to get the other few uses of it (which I think is Predacons Rising Abominus gift set and from the Go! Line) and of course it's simplified deluxe version. All in all a fun little toy

Without a doubt, BotCon Ginrai. I acquired the figure in a deal with a fellow member and it's my 1st figure of the Classics Prime mold. I freaking LOVE the truck mode! Robot mode is OK, but he's staying in truck mode! At 1st I didn't like all the orange, but in person it looks really striking and attention-grabbing. Also, I am probably going to get the rest of the figures which came from this mold. I hope there will be a trailer released through a 3rd party for this figure, or maybe Xovergen does an orange repaint of their Trailerforce.

Umm... Prime Vehicon. The one with almost no kibble. It still amazes me how such a broad, squat muscle car becomes such a slender, wicked looking robot.

Until my next purchase turns up, AOE voyager Galvatron.

ugh! i know! i want a xovergen trailer for ginrai so bad. which is funny cause i dont own either of the other trailers yet, but i plan on eventually getting both.

you know, i mostly stayed away from the prime line. but i honestly would have bought the vehicons if i ever found them. they were the coolest things in that line and i never once came across one. the botcon clones were my first experience with those molds and while i thought the bot arms were a bit strange, i loved everything else about them.

That dragon looks like something from the mind of Jim Henson. My thing is finding Generations Rattrap. For what ever reason I fell in love with the mold. I think his character in the IDW comics is hilarious and I can't wait to own him.

It's a puppet of sorts. The vendor at my local Renaissance Faire calls them Pet Dragons, but a friend of mine got one years ago, elsewhere in the U.S., and said they called hers a Woodbaby.

They're basically a puppet designed to sit on your shoulder and a cord with a button at the end allows their head to rise. If you tuck the cord down your sleeve and hide it in your palm it plays up the illusion of life (it's especially fun when kids want to pet them. I got so many giggles and shocked expressions when I had him pick up his head to nuzzle their hands).

Still trying to get used to the guy, though. Only got him this past Sunday.

Picked up a bunch of Prime Vehicons when they were at 5 Below for five bucks. Now I have a dozen, I mean... an army!!

Right now? I LOVE my:

(1) Target Exclusive silver knight Grimlock with Arttek Upgrades
(2) Generations Blitzwing with Dr Wu head/weapon upgrade & clear red Renderform blade
(3) Botcon Gigatron with Headrobots Skel-E-Tron upgrade & Renderform rifle

They're all on my shelf, looking glorious and boss.

I managed to pick up the Platinum Edition AoE Prime & Grimlock 2-pack today. They might become my new favorite thing... right now!

The combo of these two are my favourite thing right now. Along with PE Warden in head mode.

The salami, double ham, lettuce, avocado, swiss cheese, carrot on brown bread sandwhich I just had.

I finally completed my geewun Brainstorm after 10 years. It is both great and glorious.

I just picked up a RTS Rodimus from the two pack (thanks Rampage). He went on my Classics shelf and I Put my Classics Rodimus into alt mode with the Protector trailer. I had him in bot mode since I bought the armor and forgot how cool he looks in alt mode. I love this thing!

My recently acquired and growing Justice League/Justice League Unlimited/DCAU figure collection (just started collecting them a week or so ago and I've already acquired most of them; thank you ebay!)

As far as TFs go, definitely my Botcon custom class Primal Prime. I snagged him off of ebay, pre-painted and the paint work is absolutely flawless. Whoever painted it (I'm assuming it was the seller on ebay) did a perfect, professional looking job on the paint. I've scrutinized the thing up close in bright light, pouring over every single detail in both modes and I cannot see a single even minor error anywhere. It's nice that I actually got him for a price lower than another one listed at the same exact time on ebay that had clear paint flaws. This mold just looks badass in Primal Prime's colors.

They aren't new,but I can't stop playing with my ROTF Scorponok,DOTM Ratchet and SFTD Ironhide. I love the molds on these.
Im also loving my FOC Soundblaster with Buzzsaw. That's like one Bad Arse bot.

Here's some of the images from the actual listing for the one I bought off of ebay. They even did the fading of the silver on the gorilla chest correctly, with it fading into the red for a clean transition. It really looks like it came from a factory, not a customizer's spray gun:
