I really love the first Generations Optimus deluxe figure, the one modelled after his look in War For Cybertron. I also really like Rhinox, it is pretty much the equivalent to a masterpiece for me, with the great attention to detail, intricate transformation and screen accurate deco and weapons (which are also stored really well). I also really like Warpath for how sleek he is and phenominal looking in both mode modes with NO kibble!
Pretty much, here is a list of my top 5 generations figures:
1. Rhinox
2. WFC Optimus Prime
3. Warpath
4. Seargent Kup
5. Waspinator
Although that Arcee, Rattrap, Windblade and Brainstorm might replace some.

Geez, there's too many to choose from, and they're all great!
Maybe Kup or Blurr.

My favourite generations in order(starting from number five):
5)FOC Kickback -great robot mode
4)Orion Pax-great representation of G1 Orion Pax
3)Leader class Jetfire-The coolest jet transformer IMO
2)Springer- Just...plain...awesome
AND FOR THE PIECE DE RESISTANCE:
1) WFC Optimus Prime-SO AWESOME!!!

Thunderwing is pretty frickin sweet. Never thought I'd see a gen/clas/etc of him either so that made it all the sweeter. If only his little "drone" transformed too, but I guess that would've cost too much.
Warpath was way cooler than I was expecting. I almost didn't buy that one because of having the earlier legend size Warpath which was already pretty good, but this one really blows that one away.
And of course the seekers, Thrust, Dirge, Thundercracker, all great as usual for that mold.
Finally, it's downright ingenious how they were able to retool RTS Tracks into gen Wheeljack.
I better stop there or I may never stop.

Crosscut came out real good. Same with Jetfire and Jhiaxus. Windblade's color's would have been best serve (I like her btw) if the face was pearl white not metallic aluminum to best accentuate her face and the red plastic a bit of a metallic (not painted) molded plastic.the type Tomy uses in their Japanese releases.

Springer, Wheeljack and Drift, in that order. Absolutely love them. My 3 favourites from the Generations line.
Other notable mentions include Kup, Roadbuster, Skids/Crosscut, Nightbeat and FoC versions of Kickback and Shockwave.
I'm really enjoying some of the little Legends figures too. Swerve, Tailgate and Skrapnel in particular. Looking forward to Bombshell and Powerglide as they look promising. Hope they do Kickback as a Legends figure too to complete the Insecticon trio.

I've only got one Generations toy, and that's Dirge. He's fun, and fits in well with my G1 figures size-wise. That his gun/missile weapons are inaccurate doesn't bother me too much. After all, I can just get the ones from the G1 toy and slap them on. Ah, standard 5mm ports. The Classics Seeker mold in general is lovely. A decent update.
Edit: Since the counterpart topic expanded to Classics/Universe 2.0 stuff, I'm going to assume that's fair game here. I've got Universe Cyclonus, and I love him. A nice update of his alien jet mode, nicely detailed and with a great transformation scheme. I wish that Galvatron and Scourge had gone the same design route as him.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Jazz yet. Really poseable, nice transformation, looks amazing. I don't see how a Masterpiece could improve it much, except for locking the chest in place.
Also, Springer is amazing. A harder concept to pull off and they did it.

Any transformers from The Thrilling 30 series. Like Orion Pax, and MP-05 Sunstorm. (MP-05 said 15 out of 30, so I assumed it was from The Thrilling 30's)

The Inferno mold hasn't been mentioned, which surprises me. Such a great figure! And yes, Thunderwing is good, but Skyshadow is awesome.

I was so happy when a Generations Arcee was finally revealed and she did not dissappoint.
Apart from her there's Rhinox, Rattrap and Waspinator just because I love Beast Wars.
As cool as Springer is I kind of prefer Sandstorm but that's by a little bit.

Man, this is hard! Generations is probably my largest shelf. Well let's see...
I'd say Leader Jetfire, WFC Optimus, Cosmos, Blitzwing, Springer and Rhinox
Yes, I love Blitzwing ._. don't judge me. After just some fixes to hos shoulders he is perfect.

It would be an easier task for me to list the figures I don't like. That would be a very small list.
There are so many great Generations figures, it is hard to single out anything as a favorite. HOWEVER, I absolutely love Hound. He has always been my favorite character, and the generations treatment on him is great. Love that sucker so much I had to get two of him. Ravage is a perfect bonus.

Definitely lots of great figures, but my faves all just exude personality, and I never get tired of fiddling with:
Wheeljack Wheeljack Wheeljack
Bumblebee (yep! He has little car seats and open windows, fun transformation)
Thrust (beautiful paint! Just cool-looking, and not as cartoony)
Honorable mentions to:
Lugnut -- yes, with the Punch Of Kill Everything! (why did i sell him? he was too big

Springer (except my head always pops off, and can't get to snap in stabile as car)
Blurr (except too kiddie-toy looking with that bright blue - I need Drift!)
Voyager Soundwave (I love the spring-loaded cassettes!)
