I found Rattrap and Tankor (one of each) today at a Target in Langhorne, PA. I'm not sure if this is "news" or not, though. Have they been spotted in the wild already?

It's news in my opinion! I just spotted these here in Central New York last week at Target and Walmart. I purchased Rattrap at HTS.com but picked up Tankor at Walmart.

Tankor is better than expected. Very pose-able, very fun to play with. He'll make a great desk toy.

It can be news but more importantly, it should be in the Sightins forum. There is a Pensylvania thread, you should write it there. And if ever it is news worthy, you can either wait for someone to see it in that thread or write to the news e-mail

Absolutely. Also, he has some proportional weight to him which is great for poses requiring balance.

I'd also recommend this guide for reporting news: http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/ ... ews/31253/ Worst that happens is that staff does nothing because it isn't new, and it's always nice to get these reports even if it isn't breaking news.
