Ex Gokin A-Trion question

For those who have one, any idea what the extra plastic is? There is a gold rectangular piece in the tray which for the love of Primus, I don't know its purpose. Any input will be most appreciated.

Is it the key to Vector Sigma? I believe that is one of the accessories he's supposed to come with.

I'll post a picture later but it is rectangular and looks like a halved holster of sorts. The recent video review never tackled it.
