Deluxe Arcee or Scout Arcee

I already have Scout Arcee redeco from this 2007 continuity. Think I should get Deluxe pink fugly Arcee?

No. Avoid that ugly deluxe model at all cost and hold out for a release of Arcee that actually looks like the character.

i think the deluxe Arcee fits with a movie-ized look, a bit scary, but right for the line

I really want the Deluxe Arcee... but I am hoping we'll have an enterprising fan come up with a replacement head unit that will both fit in with the movie, yet be more...Arcee.

Is the Deluxe one that blue motorbike thing, because I have that and its quite good detailed and is really nicely painted.

No that's the Scout class, I have it too. The Deluxe one is pink and she is more "movie-ish" than the Scout counterpart.

That would be the Target exclusive Scout sized Arcee, which is a repaint of Energon Arcee.
Deluxe Arcee is the Purple motorbike which won "Worst head/face in the Transformerdom". You would not have seen that figure in person yet, as it is part of the 08 Bumblebee wave.
As for Ray101's original Q, steer clear of the deluxe, however the Scout figure is an excellent addition to any collection.

Well I haven't actually seen the Deluxe and can't be bothered to fully have a check. But the Scout is very nicely done.

I think the deluxe one looks very interesting. I can't wait to be able to toy with it. The basic one was a pretty good conceot but I think the deluxe expands on it more. It's hard to do a motorcycle Transformer.

I have both and I happen to like the Deluxe version a lot. Sure the face may need some getting used to but didn't all of the movie characters have the same problem? If I had to choose though, I'd go with the scout, but only because I've been searching for that mold for some time now.

Get the deluxe one, seriously. I don't get why everyone is ragging on the face, but I guess in the end that's a matter of opinion.
However, deluxe Arcee is well proportioned, well articulated and generally looks nice in both modes. She's one of my favourite movie deluxes, and is a tonne better than the scout version. The only possible drawback I could see you considering is the face, but really, it doesn't look bad at all in person, and also bear in mind that these are movie toys. None of them are pretty. Beyond that, it is superior in every way to the scout version.
Get. Deluxe. Arcee.
