Hey guys, I need some help making a decision. I'll have some extra money coming to me this Friday, and I'm tempted to buy Leader-sized movie Prime then. Should I, or should I wait and see if he'll go on sale? But I'm wondering if he actaully WILL go on sale, or if, since the movie is so popular and is getting new people to buy TFs, he'll sell well enough that stores won't need to put him on sale.

What do ya'll think? Thanks in advance!

I would go and pick him up if you have the money. Though Megatron is harder to find then Prime right now, I think. I still need to get Prime.

my girlfirend went on a morning long hunt a few days ago to get me movie leader prime for my birthday. Two wallmarts, and a target later she found one left. I'd grab one while you can.

I wouldn't. The stores in Mass and NH are flooded with Leader class. They are already on sale, 5 bucks off. They will be a ton cheaper in another month. I'm waiting.

Be careful with that. While the movie is a whole different beast than the regular lines, some figures become much harder to find the longer you wait. If you have the money and you want the figure get it the first chance you get. Though Prime is usually a well stocked peice so he might not be as big a worry.

I would agree about going out and getting it. As Koloth said there may be a lot now but who knows aout the future. IMHO the figure rocks and is pretty cool to toy around with, he also makes a fantastic display piece. I didnt think I would like the figure that much from what I saw online, but having it in my hands certainly changed my mind!

Though Voyager Prime is still bete IMO.

I was able to get him this past Sunday for 35.99 on sale at Target.

Not in the world of toy collecting. Usually those who wait end up paying more in the long run. Sometime you get lucky though. But I wouldn't count on luck.

True. If you want to get the best deals, you can't just chweck in at stores once a month either. I stop by Target, WALMART and TRU twice a week to keep an eye on goings ons. So, chances are I'll nab mine w/e I feel there is a danger of stock running out. So far, no danger.

It will absolutly be around till the end of this year w/ all this movie hype but not at crazy clearance prices. The stores will easily be able to charge about what they are now for christmas. Still I have it and vote you get it now. Best Prime of all time.

i went to my local Target, WalMart, and Shop-ko yesterday to pick one up and it was sold out everywhere i went. i'm sure there are more coming soon enough....but for now i'm stuck waiting. i won't be waiting when leader class Brawl comes out though. i'm picking him up right away! same with leader class Blackout if they make one *crossing fingers*
