Just saw news on the upcoming Titan Class Devastator. Now that he has been confirmed any speculation on what he will consist of. I'm guessing 6 Voyager sized figures with no Prowl. I will get you guys a link.

We have our Canadian section on the staff checking this news too - but if anyone else up in the Big C can double check the news, please do and report back!

am pretty certain it will feature 6 voyagers. That was the initial rumour and everything is playing out accordingly so far so I sont see why it wont be anything else. And I dont think there will be a prowl nor that it will be able to connect to the other combiner war figures. It will be a one off titan class figure like Metroplex. I am sure there are others in the works too but Hasbro will be releasing them sparingly. Devastator is next since he is one of the main generations figures yet to be released and happens to also fit thematically with the other figures this year (but only thematically).

180 Canadian dollars seems rather cheap for six voyagers. In England the equivalent (£100) wouldn't even get five voyagers.

I hope that price is correct. £100 is a no brainer for a G1 esque Titan class Devy.

180 Canadian is roughly 150 American... 150 divided by 6 is 25. Give or take a few dollars it actually adds up. I'm a little bit concerned about the sizes though. A Devastator made from 6 Voyagers would dwarf all the other combiners in the line, which I find unappealing. If they were all Deluxes or between Deluxe and Voyager (with a possible 7th figure as Prowl) I'd be more accepting. We'll chalk up the price to Toys 'R Us' shenanigans

Titan Class? Does this mean it'll be close to Metroplex in size?

My guess is it won't be nearly that big, but it will be bigger than all the other combiners so they're using that as a blanket class descriptor.

I really just want this to lead to the club doing SG Devastator. Haters gonna hate, but I want that real bad and didn't want to pay TFC $600 for it.

6 voyagers would be about £140, which is what I'd expect this to be. Can't remember exactly how much TRU was selling Metroplex for, but I'm pretty sure it was around that price also.

This seems like great news and I can't imagine any negatives to this. This might end up being the best TF released in 2015. Can't wait to see how beautiful Hasbro sculpted each Voyager Constructicon and Devastator.

Guessing the States version will cost much cheaper than the Canadian price. Like how cheap Hasbro in the states was selling Titan Metroplex a few years ago.

Hoping TRU in the states is not the only retail store selling this. As TRU in the states often charges high mark ups for exclusive TF toys.

Wishing everyone in the states and most sites sell Titan Devastator, So the price isn't that high.

Going to jump the gun, Half a year ahead in 2015. By guessing that Titan Devastator will get recolored in G-2 and Diaclone colors, become SDCC and Amazon.com exclusives.

Funny thing: the Diaclone version of the Constructicons came in various colors, in orange (Bonecrusher, Scavenger and Scrapper), red (Long Haul, Hook and Mixmaster) or blue (Hook and Mixmaster) with red or blue combiner pieces.

If this is affordable, and not too out of scale, it'll replace green giant for me.

I'm hoping, that even if it's 6 voyager figures rather than deluxes, that they'll be beefier, rather than much taller... So Devastator doesn't tower over the other CW figures...

The only way this combiner would really win is if they develop a Prowl that can also become part of Devestator.

Transformers Generations Devastator Confirmed in TRU Canada System

Seibertron.com staff member william-james88 was able to corroborate rumours found elsewhere about an upcoming Generations Devastator - directly from the Toys'R'Us Canada computer systems! The images below show us not only that the figure is a reality, it may very well be one that will appear at retail soon (invoice dates show late December/January, but no purchases yet), and will be priced at 179.99 CAD$. Could this also be one of the big reveals at the upcoming Toy Fairs?

What is yet uncertain is what figures will combine into the big green Gestalt, how compatible they will be with current Generations Combiner Wars figures, whether IDW's Prowlestator is a possibility, and if the rumoured Titan class is actually true. Check out the images below, and discuss these new developments in the Energon Pub!

So TRU purchases it for $120, adds a 33.3% markup, and that's how they get to the 179.99 price.

Fascinating. I wonder if a 33% markup is standard for all their TF toys? That in and of itself provides very interesting insight to the retailer cost of any TF.

I have always been under the impression that all retail does a 100% markup.
Very interesting.

That's both incredible and frightening.

On one hand - HOORAY! On the other - chasing down big-ticket TRU exclusives is often frustrating and stressful.
