Generations: Combiner Wars Devastator and Upcoming Robots in Disguise '15 Product Case Breakdown

Good news for toy aficionados! Courtesy of TFW2005 user D-Drive, we have information of case breakdowns (not Breakdown) for as-of-yet seen Robots in Disguise (2015) products! Worth noting, though, is that according to the user, they are Canadian-based, so what we see tonight might be different than what we will see in the future. They are as follows:

TRANSFORMERS RID DECEPTICON HUNTER STAR WARSWORD BLASTER (4)
TRANSFORMERS RID NERF MEGA 1-STEP OPTIMUS PRIME (3)
TRANSFORMERS RID SUPER BUMBLEBEE (SFX)(2)
TRANSFORMERS RID MINICONS DEPLOYERS (2)
TRANSFORMERS RID MASKS ASST (6)
TRANSFORMERS RID BUMBLEBEE BLASTER (4)
TRANSFORMERS RID MINICONS (8)

Also, to lend credence to the ever-popular Generations: Combiner Wars Devastator rumor (now confirmed to be happening), D-Drive was also able to find out how many Devastators fans will be getting per case:

TRANSFORMERS GENERATIONS DEVASTATOR (2)

2013's release of the behemoth Generations Metroplex also contained two per case, so this small update could also confirm that Devastator will be classified as a Titan-class figure.

What do you, dear readers, think of this small update? Excited for Devastator? Itching to know what these RiD'15 products look like? Share your thoughts in the Energon Pub, and join us in the month-long wait until Toy Fair 2015, where these products will more than likely get their spotlight.

Haha I didn't even realize that unintentional pun! :)
(though I am a pun master so that's a bit shameful)

i dont know how i feel about generations Devy being a titan class, i would rather he stand at the same hight as the other combiners, not be 2 feet tall like metroplex

then again, a 2 foot tall Devy to fight my 2 foot tall Voltron would be kinda cool

Well, he is 6 guys into one as opposed to 5 guys, though I suppose you could accomplish something like that with 6 Deluxes.

It won't be that tall. "Size" classes are really price-points. Don't be fooled. Don't believe me? Stand one voyager atop another. It's nowhere near two feet tall.

No, the category is "S-Words", starring Eric Burden and War. Or maybe you're right, and it's a crossover weapon allowing the Rebels to sink my Scrabbleship.

And since the 3rd Party pun-machine's on, speculation over this DEVY sure has driven us CRAZY over the past 24 hours.

(Ducks down, not having checked if someone already said that before this update)

I wonder if they consulted the fans on this project?

So just a bit taller than Energon Omega Supreme you think? Or probably the same size?

Yeah, I'm thinking right around there, which will be perfect. In the G1 cartoon, I always figured Omega Supreme to be the Autobots' answer to Devastator, not just because of that one episode, but because it made sense, since there was no counterpart combiner team to the Constructicons on the Autobots' side. The only bot big enough to go toe-to-toe with Devastator was Omega Supreme, before the Scramble City combiners were introduced.

Oh man that would be great. I could then do this:

I noticed that too, I think it might be a repaint/retool of some Star Wars role play blaster, like that Prime truck that turns into a fist holding a blaster.

Really looking forward to this HasTak Titan Devastator. Hoping and guessing HasTak will make this perfect and beautiful. As most of HasTak's 30th toys were epic awesome, home runs, top notch, Beautiful and the companies TF best work.

I would rather have an updated Trypticon to go with my Metroplex if they're going to invest in another titan class figure. Maybe like the Monstrosity Trypticon.

Maybe some plucky 3rd Party will make a 2 foot Trypticon someday.......for about five times the price. :-x :-x :-x

I'm picturing a Star Saber/Blaster hybrid who carries a sword and jive talks about BURNING JUSTICE!

I've heard that Hasbro isn't planning on doing another cityformer anytime soon.

I have no interest in a Devastator that is the same size as Metroplex. If Hasbro wants to target G1 fans who are mostly adults, they need to toss child playability out the window. Big for nothing figures are suited best as kiddie toys like Stomp and Chomp Grimlock and Ultimate Bumblebee. Matroplex got a free pass because he was a city bot. Devastator is not a city bot. Titan class...easy pass.

On all the TF forums I'm reading, Many fans are guessing Titan Devastator will not be 2 feet tall. Many are guessing 16 to 18 inches tall.

After all TFC hercules also has Six Voyagers and is around 16 inches tall. So why wouldn't Titan Devastator with Six Similar voyagers also be a similar 16 to 18 inches tall.

Just because HasTak puts TF toys in huge boxes does not mean the toy inside is that size. Points to SDCC TF exclusives, Platinum TF toys, Botcon Exclusives gift sets, Hasbro MP TF TRU toys and so on.

Having TF toys with the same assortments names. Does not guarantee they will be the same size and price points.

Think the only real reason Titan Metroplex is 2 feet tall is because it has extremely long legs. Had the legs been regular sized, Think the robot mode would have been 18 inches tall.

Just don't think Hasbro is capable of creating a 2 foot tall Titan Devastator. With so many parts and pieces then turn around and only sell it for under $150. Think a height most are guessing Titan Devastator will be is 16 to 18 inches tall.

Titan Devastator is a CHUG toy not a MP TF toy. Ofcause it's going to be a kids toy. As CHUG is catered towards kids, teens and adults. Don't think many fans are expecting to get a MP Titan Devastator toy catered to adults under the CHUG banner.

While 3rd party TF gestalts like TFC Hercules and MT Green Giant might be impressive toys aimed at adults, many fans can't afford these.

more fans can afford the HasTak priced TF toys. Think Titan Devastator for it's low Hasbro USA Price will be a steal of a deal, worth every penny, won't break fans budgets and will be top notch high quality for what it cost and is composed of.
