Thanks but I'll never give 3rd parties my money again. I've been 3P free for over a year becaus I decided that I'd rather not Pisa my money on brittle plastic and low QC.

And yet you collect Hasbro figures.

Sure once In a while an official figure will have a flaw

So, every Tuesday then.
but it doesn't count for the over flow of garbage that's coming out from every random dude who thinks he can make a toy.

And yet there are a lot of people out there who have had plenty of good experiences with 3P figures. I'm not denying you've had the problems you've had, but in all honesty it sounds more like bad luck on your end than definitive proof that third parties are universally awful. Heck, the market wouldn't even exist if they were all that bad. There's plenty of sucky 3P figures for sure (not helped by the recent influx of bootlegs of their stuff) but to say that every third party product is "garbage" is just silly.

If we're going by the "My figure sucked so it must all be awful" logic-
>My Targetmaster Reflector broke at the hinge from regular transforming.
>My Targetmaster Spinister literally fell apart.
>My Legends Megatron's head snapped off when I tried to turn it.
>Every single CW/UW figure I own/owned has had some flaw or breakage (Drag Strip got stress marks on the HFG port, Skydive's legs don't tab in properly for jet mode, Fireflight has a badly pinned in shin armature making his transformation difficult, Alpha Bravo has a floppy waist and a cracked HFG port, Silverbolt had warped rubber antenna and flaking paint everywhere, and the less said about Defensor the better).
>My reissue Seacons are very poorly toleranced and barely hold together in combined mode.
>My Animated Arcee's left thumb snapped clean off.
>My Animated Blackarachnia came with a non-functional grapple gun and had to be exchanged.
And many, many other flaws with many other figures. If your logic was applied to my experiences, the only possible conclusion one could come to is that HasTak's product is patently inadequate. So yeah. Don't come crying to me about crappy figures.

I'll stick with official stuff and if they don't make it well I'll just have to act my age and accept that I can't always get what I want.

Fine, you do that. Enjoy your misassembled knees, stress marks, sh*tty plastic and fracturing HFG ports. :^)[/quote]

Then why continue being a fan and continue collecting? I stopped and don't buy from 3p. However you continue at the end of the day if you don't like what the company is creating anymore than maybe it's time to pause, take a breath and say "I think I'm done"

I barely collect anything these days to be honest. Nowadays I largely collect older figures (from when HasTak's plastic quality wasn't total cack). In future most of my TF purchases will be 3P most likely. I know for certain I'm never collecting official combiners again, unless the MP line releases them.

They won't. I just got line and her legs are misassembled too but they're surprisingly tight so I'm quite alread with it.

Mine are very tight too. So the misassembly is really no issue here!

The joints on my Magna's knees are tight enough to stand up without vigorous shaking, but I still don't like that she wasn't assembled correctly.

Honestly, I find Jumpstream to be more hectic, as she can't roll in vehicle mode what with her undercarriage. properly and her chest doesn't tab in correctly either.

Fun fact: My Dustup figure doesn't have as many problems as the original Breakdown figure I have, so this makes her the only figure in the bunch that I consider an improvement on a previous mold, quality control wise.

As for Skybrust, the front half of her head fell off when I turned her head for the first time when transforming her. I put it back on and it hasn't fallen off since, but still. :/

Do you think that they may release these figures separately? I kinda want Pyra but I don't want to spend 100$ for all of them.

Combiner Wars is basically done after this, Computron, and Liokaiser, and all of those are box sets. Individual releases will be Titans Return and RID figures with their appropriate line's gimmicks, not single packed versions of CW box set figures. Either get the box set and try to sell it off without the torso, or find a website breaking up the box sets. There will not be an individual retail release.

First there were Titans Return Legends, and then there was Titans Return Fortress Maximus, and now as the weekend draws to a close we can report that the girls have arrived!

Thanks to Zommael of OzFormers, Victorion has been found at Toys 'R Us Maroochydore for $199.99AU.

Of course if Maroochydoreis a little too far from home for you, don't grab a plane ticket yet as a number of people on the Transformers Collectors Club Australia Facebook page have also reported finding them in Canberra, Aspley, and Townsville - a good indication that you'll be able to find them at most TRU's around Australia.

Found a new release figure? Then hit up our Sightings section and let us know about it!

Now if you'll excuse me, Burn needs to go sell some more News Crew souls to fund all these latest releases!

100% sure they wont release them individually. But keep an eye on e-bay in the next year, people might sell them individuallt there.

From what I've seen, people already are. Saw somebody selling Jumpstream the other day.

Looks like people on eBay are breaking up sets and selling individual figures if that's what you need.

I'm hoping she'll be in stock for a while. Emergency car repairs killed my budget for a bit.

I've seen them being sold individually on Ebay. Not overly good prices, but they are there, all 6 of them.

did you have the car bots backwards? Dustup is the Dead end mold. And after some playing, Dustup now pegs in very nicely and holds together well :MAXIMAL:

I'm sure there will be some repaints of these molds somewhere down the line. But will Takara be putting their spin on this set...anyone?? :VEHI:

My guess is that they'll repaint Jumpstream as Arcee and Dustup as Nightbird. Maybe a remold of Pyra as Elita-1. The twin I don't know about, maybe versions of Roulette and Shadowstrike?

i actually did have them backwards. I meant to say Dustup for the transforming issues, and Jumpstream for qc superiority over Breakdown. I tried transforing her properly, but so far, to no avail.

Victorion and Groove should be in my POL soon. I'm loving the pictures here! Can't wait to get her. With the hands tucked away in the feet, do the feet still clip to 5mm ports?
