Mine was the first release. It didn't have the silver triangle on his crest so I had to add it myself.

Yep, the toys-section will get you more comments on this.
Personally, I've got Soundblaster and he is great. As fas as I know the mold is the same for the main figure and you can pretty much buy him blindly.

That mean the mp13 sandblaster the quality is better than mp13 sound wave?

Unless the mold deteriorated both would be the same.
