It seems as though my Arcee was molded with two left feet

Anyone else have this issue?

That explains why she's such a poor dancer.

Mine has two right feet. It's not a molding issue as much as it is an assembly error. If there were an easy way to take that pin out so I could remove the duplicate foot, I'd be more than happy to trade with you.

You might be able to remove the duplicate foot by swapping out one of the lower legs.

The problem is that she's all pins, which makes it hard. There's a screw that holds the thighs and the wheel together which seems to be the easiest point of dismemberment, but the front and back parts of the thigh seems to be glued tight, plus it also has a couple of possibly glued notches on the sides.

Thanks for the suggestion and analysis. I looked back at her and noticed that the pin holding her ankle to her foot seems to go through both sides even though the inner side looks painted over in white. I'm going to try to find/buy a pin puncher and see if I can remove it that way without any problems. Otherwise, she's just going to stay in car mode.

BeeSting360 - do you have any experience in removing pins and are willing to try this on your figure?

No experience as such but I'm willing to give it a try

Update: I received a pin puncher over the weekend and got to work on Arcee. I was wrong, the whole for her ankle DOES NOT go through all the way. However I still managed to knock the pin out slightly, just not enough to grip it and pull it out.

If anyone has suggestions on how I might be able to finish getting this type of pin out, I'd appreciate the comments.
