Sandstorm-level Retools

My one-per-mold rule got seriously strained and ultimately broken by the reveal that CW Air Raid was a retool of Skydive and First Aid and Streetwise were likewise very heavy retools of Stunticons, featuring more new parts than old ones. They're so different the shared parts are neglectible. This means retools I previously ignored have suddenly more interest to me. I've been browsing around for similar cases and have come up with the following list. Do you know more molds that are at least 50% altered, in either or both modes?
- BW Wolfang & K9/Max-B (pretty much everything, save for some inner workings?)
- Cybertron Crumplezone & Dark Crumplezone (only his upper arms, upper legs and joints remain?)
- FOC Frenzy and Eject (all but the shoulders, feet and thighs)
- FOC Laserbeak and Ratbat (all but the spine and upper 'arms')
- T30 Springer and Sandstorm (all but the lower arms, waist-to-knees and feet)
- Various Beast Hunter retools (gonna replace my Prime cast with these + legions etc for the 'normal' look of the cast)
Honorable mention: FOC Jazz & Sideswipe, though only the alt-mode looks sufficiently different.
A similar case are CW Optimus Prime, Silverbolt and Thundercracker. The bot modes only feature changes in the upper body, most of which due to the alt-mode changes.
