Generations is getting its own assortment of simplistic kiddie toys like those in AOE and RID 2015, eh? 7" and 11" tall, huh? This should be interesting.

And just in case that didnt do it for you, they just announced ANOTHER Bumblebee as part of this line. That's right, you have 2 new simplified bumblebees to look forward to, to go along with the biggest bumblebee toy ever made which is also simplified:

Is it just me, or does Cyber Series Grimlock looks like BW Dinobot in robot mode?

So much for targetting different age groups by completely different toylines.

If we can get simplified transformers in Generations, could we also get more complex transformers in RID?

Also, the age of extinction toy colours on grimlock baffle me.

Huh, Cyber Bumblebee is based on Prime Legion Bumblebee. It could actually be a retool of Beast Hunters Simplified Bumblebee. Grimlock is a bit harder to identify, so he could be an all-new mold.

I suspect this is Generations in name only, or they could even have no line name at all, and the store (or Hasbro) just slapped whatever name on the listing.

Simplified? Slightly above Deluxe. The 11-inchers would be Simplified Voyager-sized, almost hitting Leader.

just what we need even more overpriced simplified generations figures, they do look kind of cool but they should be legion class not deluxe $ voyager (or what ever they will be called). We dont need another sub line out there clogging the shelves & confusing parents, the toys need to go back to the way it was with 4 or 5 class sizes & no more than 2 lines running at the same time.

Megatron's got me interested. Would like to see clearer images. If he's as big as they're touting and he poses well, I'll probably bite. It's about time the old Classics Voyager got his retirement.

Supremely uninterested in Optimus Prime, Grimlock, and the two-man swarm.

I'm interested by that Megatron. That Optimus Prime looks good too- he'd make a great Nemesis Prime.

So this is where that Starscream came from, huh...
Wait a minute, didn't we see a listing for a Megatronus a while back? It might be one of these!

No, Megatronus was from robots in disguise. Here was the whole line up where you can see him at the end:

One-Step
• Quillfire (B4653)
• Springload (B4652)

Legion Class
• White Sideswipe (B2977)
• Black Bumblebee (B2976)
• Patrol Mode Strongarm (B4684)
• Drift (B4684)
• Thunderhoof (B4683)
• Clampdown (B4862)
• Windblade (B4681)

Warrior Class
• Fracture (B4686)
• Megatronus (B4687)

Darn. I was really hoping for a mainline Classics-ish The Fallen.
The more I look at these, the more they look like transforming Hero Mashers. There's something about the aesthetic and it looks pretty neat.

No, that's what the Starscream could have lead to (the prototype was from 2011'ish). :) Apparently they want to give it another shot.

Might be interested in these Cyber series Eleven and Six inch toys. If they have fully articulated robot modes. Hoping the shoulders and hips are universal. Bending backward knees and elbows. Ball jointed heads.

Don't mind the Simplified Transformations. As long as the Robot modes are fully articulated.

Getting a bit sick and tired of Hasbro giving all of the bigger toys to Bumblebee. While Megatron has to settle for a smaller toy. Would have preferred Megatron got the Eleven inch toy to go with Prime's Eleven inch toy.

If the toys have standard articulated robot modes. Might buy Grimlock, Megatron and Optimus. Won't be buying any Bumblebee toys.

Think that red Platinum G1 Blitzwing toy looks like Flywheels. Wish the 30th Blitzwing toy got this recolor. Instead of the Double Dealer colors.

Two words: Upscaled Legion Designs... O wait, that's not right (it only goes for Bumblebee), nor is it two words. I know: Simplified Transformation, or Stiff Limbs.
