Since the reveal of the the new Generations Cyber (Battalion) line, people have been curious about the price. Brazillian online retailer Pens and Dolls has recently posted listings of 11 inch Optimus and Bumblebee, both priced at 119 Brazilian real, which is the equivalent of 37$ US. While these prices would seem inflated, they are standard practice in the Brazil collector's market and comparable to the other Transformers offereings, placing them between the price of a Deluxe and a Voyager. This means that if these were to be sold in the rest of the world (which is still not confirmed), they would be around the same price point as the recent Robots in Disguise Hyperchange figures. $20 for THIS? Those 3 step changers are worth $10 IMO.

I think at the Hyperchange price point these are the better value. The transformations are a bit more involved and personally I think the figures look a bit cooler. If I had one complaint now, without these in hand is the lack of weapons.

Come on, did you read the article? He only costs 37$ in Brazil, where legends cost 15$ and Leaders cost 80-90$.

For that price, if they're as good as the pictures make them look I could go for that. If the 11" figures are US$20~ then the 7" might be around US$12 or so perhaps? Definitely see myself going for Prime, Megs, Starscream, and Grimlock (in G1 colors please!). Hope these show up at BotCon or sooner.

Honestly I'm not seeing it, but it wouldn't surprise me if they remolded him into Hot Rod since he has pipes on his arms. Yeah, that's the only reason, but you know how Hasbro is.

Two small bits of news for anybody considering to buy this year's new Cyber series from Hasbro. These figures are all on Hasbro's official site, using the stock photos first seen on the Transformers Columbia fanpage.

However, the listings now offer us both a confirmation of the name of these two sub lines as well as the MSRP, which so far has only been estimated from the Brazillian price point.

The 11 inch Optimus and Bumblebee are part of the Transformers Cyber Commander Series and will retail for 19.99$.
The 7 inch Starscream, Optimus, Bumblebee, Megatron and Grimlock are part of the Transformers Cyber Battalion Series and will retail for 14.99$.

These will replace the TF Hero Mashers and random AOE places on the shelf I am sure.

I kinda like these. It's simplified done right.

From other pictures, it looks like the tank gun is detachable, and can either be attached to his forearm or held in his hand.

Think these prices are cheap for big toys like this.

Was Guessing the Cyber Seven toys would cost $19.99. Guessed the Cyber Eleven toys were going to be around $35.

With the prices being so low. Plan to buy more of these toys.

To elaborate: the barrel is a separate piece, necessity for the transformation. As you can tell, the arms point back to form the turret, but the barrel still attaches forwards.

Any idea on when these are supposed to come out?

Megatron and Starscream appear to be the only ones that look like they are worth buying. If, and only if, Starscream has knees.

I was kind of interested in grimlock but now that the prices are out not so much
